Great place to stay
This unit was perfect for my family of 5. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pullout sofa. Kitchen had all the essentials that we needed. It is definitely updated like the description says. We had a great view of the lake and pool. Elevators were fast as well. Community is also gated. A major bonus was how close we were to Universal Studios. It was about a 7 minute drive. Not far at all. We had a slight mishap where someone had pressed all of the buttons on the elevator causing us to have to stop at every floor however we got off and entered another elevator before enduring that headache all the way down. Shortly after an emergency occurred where we had to evacuate the building. Turns out someone hit the fire alarm. We also had a few knocks at our door but no one was out there each time we looked. We assumed it to be bad kids playing in the hotel. Aside from all of that, we didn’t let that discourage us because we will definitely be back again to check out Westgate resort immensities next time. We were so busy at the parks we didn’t get a chance to fully enjoy WG resort. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

Fun time at universal
The property was great, and had all the things that a family needed to enjoy the week. It is absolutely not in walking distance to Universal Studios though, so we had to take an Uber back-and-forth. There is one bus that goes to Universal and brings people back in the evening, but that was not conveniently timed for us

Good value. Sad situation unfortunately
Place was great and had good value. Excellent location and clean. Only negative was no electrical outlets near bed and walls were a bit thin. Could hear noisy neighbors consistently. Unfortunately my daughter left behind a blanket my wife made her when she was a baby and management team were unable to locate it. Overall great trip though.

My partner is a very picky eater, he prefers to cook his own food and this was absolute best. We ordered instant cart while we visited the parks and groceries where ready when we got to our weekend “home.”

Overall good stay but communication with owner faltered towards the end
We had a pretty good stay. Our only issue is that our flight got canceled at the last minute. We rebooked another flight for the next day and the property was available so that way no problem. We payed for the extra day and that was that. The issue was that the front desk kept harassing us because they couldn’t find our reservation number and they even threatened us with sending security to our room. The owner finally sent us the updated reservation number so that we send that to the front desk. So disappointing end to otherwise good stay.

Great access to Universal
We stayed four days/three nights and the the three parks in two days pass at Universal. Location was great for a family trip to Universal! Plenty of food options within 10 minutes, including several amazing steakhouses. Staff and on site facilities and restaurant were all top notch. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a great place that is conveniently located.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. The resort experienced computer issues and couldn’t issue us keys to our room…for 3 days! Extremely annoying, we couldn’t lock our room when leaving and required assistance with getting into the building. The staff and security were great. It wasn’t their fault but had I known this issue, I would have stayed somewhere else. All other issues were great so I hope they fix this issue. We checked out still without keys.

We had a great time at the Westgate Palace. The space is good — could definitely use seating in addition to the couch, because there’s no way to sit as a family and watch a movie. Grounds are clean, staff is lovely, location is great, especially for Universal.

The accomodations were extraordinary. Unit completely stocked with everything you need and staff was more than accomodating to provide you with what thought you needed and provide you with what you needed if not provided Young boys totally enjoyed the game room and we so appreciated that the dining area was right outside of the dining area that allowed us to keep a watch out for them. Property totally secure, clean and inviting. Will absolutely recommend to friends, family and is definitely is my absooluteloy go to spot when returning to Orlando to share family love.

The place itself was good. Very clean, good location to Epcot park. Was advertised as internet provided, but that was not the case. This is a separate fee at the front desk. Tried communicating with owner and got no response after I informed them of this. The hotel staff was amazing, lots of amenities to check out on-site.

Excellent place and workers. My only recommendation is that it's a pet friendly place but don't have a park for pets? and you can not walk your pet around the pool? So uncomfortable to walk my pets far from the building or having then just on the apartment.

Beautiful and prime location !
I wasn’t sure what to expect as the Yelp reviews of this resort are mixed, but this place was absolutely beautiful. The resort was perfectly maintained, looked better than the pictures, and exceeded my expectations by a long shot. I travelled here with three teenagers and having two bedrooms plus the roll out bed was perfect as we had plenty of room to spread out a bit and get very comfortable. There was also so much to do here and the kids enjoyed swimming at the pool, the arcade area, and the mini theater. I personally enjoyed laying out in the sun and enjoying poolside drinks from the bar they have outside. This place was also right in the thick of things, and only minutes away from prime time attractions. I highly recommend and will book again next time I’m in the area.

Great family stay
Very clean and beautiful apartment for family stay. We were all extremely comfortable and the hotel and area was extremely beautiful. The only thing that seemed to give us issue was the air once in a while, but other than that everything was outstanding. We will definitely be coming back !
