Our unit (Tower 2, unit 307) is located in the beautiful Blue Heron Beach Resort. Upon entering, there is a long hallway that connects the master-bedroom, bunk-bed, twin bed room, and open-concept kitchen that features a wide granite countertop and glass dining table that can hold a capacity of 6 people. Past the living room is a wide balcony that gives a gorgeous view of the resort pool area and Lake Bryan, which is perfect for morning and night viewings!
Our unit has plenty of valuable amenities, such as complimentary Wi-Fi, kitchen cabinet space, a 60-inch flat-screen TV in the room, a double sink, a toaster, and a stacked washer/dryer on site. The master bedroom has a balcony that gives a breathtaking view of the city. You can witness the nighttime fireworks at Epcot, or enjoy the view of the Lake Buena Vista region in the daytime!
Additional amenities within the resort site include a pool, a jacuzzi, a T-shaped wooden balcony facing Lake Bryan, a concierge desk, and shuttle services that go to and from multiple attraction parks such as SeaWorld and Disney World. Within the 5-km circular radius of the resort, you can visit attraction sites such as Epcot, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets and Disney Springs - not to mention the countless restaurants you can visit for your culinary enjoyment!

1. How do we check into the unit?
Upon arrival, we will provide a confirmation code that you'll use to check into the front desk. There are no further instructions required to check into the resort.
2. What if I want to check in before 4 PM?
We can accommodate early-check ins, but we must be notified in advance of your check-in day.
3. What do I do if I check in late and the front desk is closed?
If you're checking in late, you can call the security phone # posted on the front desk building so you can be safely checked in.
4. Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes, Wi-Fi is complementary.
5. Can I use the resort elevator without my room card?
Upon entering the elevator without the card, you must use your room card to ascend or descent the building.
