Our unit (Tower 2, unit 307) is located in the beautiful Blue Heron Beach Resort. Upon entering, there is a long hallway that connects the master-bedroom, bunk-bed, twin bed room, and open-concept kitchen that features a wide granite countertop and glass dining table that can hold a capacity of 6 people. Past the living room is a wide balcony that gives a gorgeous view of the resort pool area and Lake Bryan, which is perfect for morning and night viewings!

Our unit has plenty of valuable amenities, such as complimentary Wi-Fi, kitchen cabinet space, a 60-inch flat-screen TV in the room, a double sink, a toaster, and a stacked washer/dryer on site. The master bedroom has a balcony that gives a breathtaking view of the city. You can witness the nighttime fireworks at Epcot, or enjoy the view of the Lake Buena Vista region in the daytime!

Additional amenities within the resort site include a pool, a jacuzzi, a T-shaped wooden balcony facing Lake Bryan, a concierge desk, and shuttle services that go to and from multiple attraction parks such as SeaWorld and Disney World. Within the 5-km circular radius of the resort, you can visit attraction sites such as Epcot, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets and Disney Springs - not to mention the countless restaurants you can visit for your culinary enjoyment!

1. How do we check into the unit?
Upon arrival, we will provide a confirmation code that you'll use to check into the front desk. There are no further instructions required to check into the resort.

Great Location That Is Super Close To Disney and I-Drive
Great place, large pool, elevators were slow and a pain to swipe card every time you enter but parking was easy in garage area. Walking distance to Dunkin and Dollar Tree for last minute supplies. Rooms were nice and large. Kitchen was set up nicely. Bunk beds in hallway was an odd spot but creative. End unit that was quiet. Lake view was nice.

Great stay
Very clean, secure, and local to many attractions. I frequent Orlando quite often for business and pleasure. Beautiful house with great neighbors. Itā€™s spacious, clean, and around the clock security. The hosts check-in with you to make sure you're accomadated, and for the price you canā€™t beat this. Access to 3 pools and a hot tub, gym, and bar by the pool. Will definitely be returning here in the future

We Love Blue Heron
Spacious nice condo with everything we needed. Great location right in the middle of everything Orlando and midway between both coasts for day trips. Great view of the lake, great pool, hot tub, fitness center for each tower. Weight machines in fitness are better than most places. You can even see the epcot fireworks from the front balcony. Owner responsive and helpful.

Great communication and nice place
The condo was extremely nice and the communication was great. We even had part of our party arrive a few hours early and they were flexible enough to allow us to add that person to the reservation so he could get the room key and not wait on the rest of the party. Everything was great.

This property is wonderfully located and has beautiful view of the lake. Has great space for a family, we were 5 and were very comfortable. Pool area is great, and you can take your dog with you all over the property.

Great for a family!
This rental was great from start to finish. The host and property manager were amazing to work with. The condo is in a great vicinity. We were there during a cool spell and the pools were so warm. The kids spent a lot of time there. The view is amazing and we celebrated New Yearā€™s Eve there and the fireworks show from our balcony was amazing. Would definitely book again!

We were in town for a club sporting event at the Orange County Convention Center. Four days of non-stop volleyball. The resort was a nice place to come back to. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping centers if you wanted to do something. If you wanted to just stay and relax, the pool and Tiki bar were a nice place to just chill, eat, and drink. We had a nice stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Lots of room and beautiful view! Well-stocked cleaning and paper products, but it would have been nice to have the basics like salt and pepper and sugar (a few packets of each were provided.) Really appreciated the washer/dryer and detergent. The porch furniture on the back balcony was broken and unusable, and one of the chairs on the main balcony was cracked. Communication with the owner/manager was poor, but the front desk at the resort was helpful. Overall, a good value and did I mention the great view?

Clean, comfortable condo close to everything
If you want to be close to just about everything this is definitely the place to be. The condo was large and laid out exactly as listed. There was a great balcony looking out over the pool and the lake with lovely sunrises and a peaceful view. One night we even saw a shuttle lift off from Cape Canaveral. The balcony off the main bedroom faces west and is pretty warm in the evening. Itā€™s true that you an catch glimpses of the fireworks from there, but if you take the elevator up to the 21 floor the view of Orlando is amazing and you can often catch more than one nightly fireworks show. Check-in is handled at the front desk and is similar to a hotel reception area, and they use cards. No one mentioned that to get the elevator to work, you need to use your room card, but it didnā€™t take long to figure it out. We had some trouble with the flatscreen tv in the living room. We called the front desk and it seemed that it was fixed for a day, but then it stopped again, whatever, we let it go. The bed was comfortable the shower worked well, the condo was spacious and well appointed. This is a very good choice if you seek an alternative to staying on property, but want more than a hotel room. There is a Publix nearby and so many delicious restaurants within a short drive or even a walk.

Nice, clean, comfortable stay and conveniently located
The condo was very clean and comfortable, plenty of space for the four of us. A great view of the lake from the back balcony, and a view of the miniature golf course from the bedroom, and we were able to watch the Disney fireworks at night. Everything basic was provided, but no pool toys. A very convenient and central location to all the attractions, easy access to the freeway. Grounds are well kept, the pool is very nice and has a working bar part of the time. Not very crowded at all when we stayed and quiet, although there was music being played at the pool. Parking seemed a little sparse for that size of condominium, as many evenings we could not find a covered space in the garage. One thing that is a little misleading is the name, Blue Heron Beach, because there is no "Beach". It is on the lake shore and there is a landing you can walk out on. I wished there were more trails and such to walk around the lake. Fitness room and kids game room were pretty basic and small, and you had to buy tokens to play the games. Very old video games. There is a Subway and Starbucks right outside the property, which was cool. The shuttle to Disney that stops right outside seemed convenient, but it is not free ($10 per person). We could not use it because they have a rule that you can only arrive and leave from the same park, atleast that is what they told me, and we had Park Hopper tickets. There were a couple minor issues: first, our room keys all of a sudden stopped working, and the maintenance had to come fix the door sensor or get new batteries for it. Just had to wait about a half-hour for that. Second, we had a maid enter the condo in the morning as we were sleeping, which seemed to be a scheduling mix-up . She was very apologetic. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Spacious condo in excellent and central location
We stayed here for 3 evenings while visiting universal and Disney parks for a few days. We have two teenagers and wanted some space to spread out. This condo was large enough for a family of 6. We did not use the bunk beds and given that they are in the hall way, they arenā€™t ideal for children or guests who want to go bed early. The kitchen had ample space and all the amenities we needed had we stayed longer and needed to cook meals. The furnishings are a bit dated, however, for the price of the rental, this was very acceptable and more comfortable than a hotel room for the same or higher price. The location couldnā€™t be beat. Starbucks and subway within walking distance right behind the resort. Very close to Disney springs and equal distance between most of the parks we visited. We would highly recommend this location for central location, spacious layout for a family or four to six adults, and overall value for the amenities. Communication with host was also quick and easy.

This property was great. Great location and it was great to have a kitchen. It would be nice if the 2nd bedroom had a queen bed instead of 2 singles, but no biggy. Thank you!
