This spacious luxury penthouse suite (first floor) is located in the Vista Cay Resort, providing excellent accessibility to Orlando's numerous attractions. The resort is conveniently located within walking distance of the Orange County Convention Center (also known as the Orlando Convention Center) and a mere block from dining and shopping hotspot International Drive. Vista Cay is also one block from Shingle Creek Golf Course, six miles from Walt Disney World, four and a half miles from Universal Studios and Island of Adventure, two miles from Seaworld, ten miles from the Orlando Airport, three miles from Downtown Orlando and a one hour drive from Daytona, Busch Gardens, and many of Florida's renowned beaches.


5-Star Amenities; Jacuzzi, Over Sized Pools: Vista Cay is a new five-star gated resort located in convenient proximity to many of Orlando's top attractions. With its on-site shopping center, fitness center, pool, spa,Tiki bar and extensive grounds along the scenic Lake Cay, this resort is an ideal place to relax and rejuvenate. The grounds include a walking and jogging path, that goes around the cirdumference of the lake which is approximately two miles. Ground Floor Luxury Accommodations: A stay in this suite will place you in the lap of 2000 square feet of luxury. The three bedroom ,two bath suite can comfortably accommodate up to ten with two king-sized beds, two double beds, and a pull out couch (fits two). The bedrooms each contain a 32 inch high definition television . There is also a 50' high definition television in the living room along with an elegant fire place.

You can also keep up with your business during your stay using our combination printer/scanner/fax machine. Why not review your emails and upload photos when you have free time on vacation.

This unit also includes a large Lanai.

Home Style Comforts: Even while getting away from it all, you can still enjoy the comforts of home. With our gourmet kitchen, you can cook your favorite meals using a variety of home appliances .You can enjoy your meals either at the dining table or granite counter-top kitchen bar. This is a great way to save money on your vacation which also allows you a chance to eat healthy during your stay. The unit also has a washer and dryer to make your make your stay more comfortable.

Great location, great little apartment. The only negative was that the pool was closed and were not notified ahead of time. We stayed there an extra day to have a pool day but the pool was closed and we had to leave the property to go to one. Or would have been nice to get that information ahead of time before getting the kids excited and walking to the moon existent pool.

The house is very clean and nice. Lots of space for our entire family (5 of us). We did have an issue with the AC unit when we were there, but the owner called me swiftly and got the property manager on the phone as well and the issue was resolved very quickly. Very pleased with the space and the owner making sure we were comfortable. Would stay again for sure. James

Rented two apartments for a conference. The air conditioner and heat did not work in one of the units. I was told by the property manager it would be three to four days until repaired due to the weekend and a holiday. He also said for us to “just keep the door and window open” and use the ceiling fans and we would be fine. I did tell him we were unable to use some of the ceiling fans due to the horrible vibration, he said he would have them fixed, unfortunately days later and they are still not fixed when we checked out. Also, you cannot sleep with open windows in the area due to the outside noise in the parking lot. I did ask for a partial refund and have had no response.

This property was clean and accessible for our family vacation to Universal Studios. We love the area with a Publix and pharmacy nearby. Our extended family of 6 with 3 generations felt right at home here. We would definitely stay again.

Another successful Vista Cay vacation
This apartment was very comfortable. The new flooring was amazing. The converted "Library" to a bedroom worked well but the closet was a little difficult due to extremely high clothes bars. luckily a couple of tall gals helped. The kitchen worked really well and was well equipped.

The condo was very spacious, clean, and in a great location! There are a few things that could be updated/replaced, but the whole setting was luxurious enough to make up for it. Our only real complaint was how long it took to get check in info. The property manager was super kind and helpful, if just took a bit too long

Fantastic Stay
Not only did this unit live up to its expectations but exceeded them. Owner very attentive, unit very clean and presentable. Heated pool, children's pool and play area, great hot tub. Will definitely rent again here.

It could be cleaner. We enjoyed how spacious and comfortable it was. The location was perfect. Our main complaint was the carpeting had major stains. It's obvious that they've been treated but it still looks yucky and takes away from your experience. However, overall it was a good experience.
