Welcome to your Magical Home in Orlando Disney. If You're looking for one of the best Vacation Homes in the Disney area, Look No Further! Stay close to the magic of Orlando in Solara Resort, 8 miles to the gates of Disney, a short drive to Universal, SeaWorld, I-Drive, Disney Springs and Florida's beaches on both coasts. This stunning 5 bedroom home is located on one of the best lots in the whole resort. Inside the screened enclosure offers a private pool with spillover spa. There is high-quality patio furniture that includes a dining room set and a living room area. If you wish to have the pool heated let us know and we have to charge $120 more to your reservation. Please arrange payment with time so we can have the pool heated for when you arrive. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, toaster, and coffee maker. We enjoyed our stay here. Resort is nice - food at grill was good and servers were all very friendly. House was as advertised. Unfortunately, house pool was accidentally heated and therefore almost unusable but that was not the owner's fault - just a weird mistake.

You would think that on arrival there would be toiletries tissues... dishwas clothes... no Paper towels... BBQ is not safe... broken legs.. can cause fire damages to the house.. and outside pool area lights are not working... Everything else was good... if not providing these thing... Guess should know in advance so they can have them on arrival.

The house was clean. When we arrived we couldn't get in at our check-in time, but the host was apologetic. There were minor issues with the house, but again the took care of some of them and some they did not. The house did not have anything extra like paper towels, washcloths, dish soap, hand soap etc so you will have to supply your own at less we did. But; we had a nice stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

We had a wonderful stay at Patricia/Rei's place. The rooms and bathrooms are huge and clean. The pool was great for members of the family who wants to take a swim and the location is quiet and close to all major theme parks. If you are looking for a place for a huge family to stay in, look no further, Patricia's/Rei's place is it.

The property was very nice and updated. Pictures were accurate to actual listing. We would rent again and recommend to book this listing. We did wish have a couple more kitchen items. Such as muffin pans, cookie sheet, etc.. To cook breakfast for family. As well as more towels and wash clothes for a group.

Annual Family Thanksgiving Getaway
Overall our stay was good. Location was ok, neighborhood good. As far as the house there were holes in the walls behind the room doors that had no door stop. There were not any big pots or pans for a family to cook. This was strange because if the number of guest is 12 what in the world is the owner, rental agency, host or whomever thinking? The upstairs bathroom sink drained very slowly, contacted the host who did respond, but no one came to take care of the problem. We bought drano. Also, there is carpet on the stairs and in the bedrooms it wasn’t filthy, but could probably use a cleaning. The refrigerator water filter needed changing and the ice maker didn’t made crushed ice; we keep a rag under spout because it dripped water and the light wouldn’t go off. We made the best of our trip because Thanksgiving is our annual family get together. This is the first time we’ve spent Thanksgiving in Florida, we usually go to Outer Banks.

A perfect house in a great location. The house is very spacious and clean. The only negative thing I would say is that we didn’t have any face towel and a rug in the bathroom and you also have to use the shower towel to go to the pool. But everything else is great.

Upon arriving we were very happy with the accommodations. They even allowed us to check in early. Only once there we realized the pool was full of algae and it had accrued on the floor of the floor making it look like rocks on the bottom of the pool. The kitchen was poorly stocked. Not even salt and pepper or measuring spoons/cups. The coffee maker was too small. Didn’t even make enough for 5 people let alone 12. There was a waffle maker, panini press and other makers but no serving bowls. My family was really looking forward to hanging by the pool and catching up but the company could not get it cleaned and even recommended going to the community pool. They said they had great cocktails. If we wanted to hang at the community pool, we would not have rented a place with a private pool. So overall it was not a good experience.

Big House great for big family
The house was so spacious. If you have 12 people the 2 that have to sleep on the pull out sofa it is not great. It was dirty when we opened it as well. There were no extra blankets for it either. Not a big deal but there was only 1 tv in the master bedroom upstairs all the others do not have one. My family likes to make breakfast and cook a few nights the house had lots of pots and frying pans but only one baking dish,which again not a big deal. The furniture is very minimal and old. The couch needs to be replaced as the fabric is very worn. My biggest complaint was the floors were dirty. The house could really use a deep clean. There were a few minor issues with the towels, etc but Patricia was good about taking care of our overall needs.

Beautiful home
We stayed at this home for a week and will definitely be going back. I had initially tried to increase my time being spent but the property manager never responded. The closer to our checkin she became more responsive and gave all necessary information. The Wi-Fi information was out of date but we were able to locate the proper information on the router. I also sent her the information so she may update her information for future guests. The home was spacious and clean and my children had plenty of space to explore and play comfortably. The home needs a little tlc, the screw on the bottom right of the pool sliding doors fell out before we could touch it but we just used a separate side door for the week. The pots and pans were a bit used and the handles didn’t seem stable to lift anything weighted in the pans but we worked around it. Those could use some new replacements. We didn’t have nearly enough towels and there were no hand towels at all. We had to constantly wash towels to make sure we had enough for both the pool and showers. There wasn’t enough toilet tissue and there were no garbage bags so we had to go buy all of our items on our own. In Addition to these we had to buy a sponge and soap as well as extra toilet tissue and paper towels. All in all our stay was very pleasant and nothing that we experiences as a con was enough for us to not return.

This home was very clean and accommodated all of our needs. The home has 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms upstairs and a half restroom downstairs. The home is located near overflow parking which was convenient for guests. The home has everything you would need to enjoy family.

Good: -Good location, easy check in, good communication for the most part, let us check in early which was a huge help, very clean and nicely decorated house. Not so good: -twin beds were very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs through the mattresses. -4 full baths and a half bath not 6 bathrooms as listed -Barely any towels and no hand towels. There were eight of us and not enough towels for us all. We brought our own luckily after reading previous reviews. -Not enough toilet paper for the whole trip. Bring your own. -Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. Reset the router and everything. Just didn’t exist for us… -Took a week to reply to my first message trying to change the dates of travel. They finally responded after the deadline for a refund. We worked it out to be able to stay the original dates luckily. After that they were very prompt at responding.

This house was very nice and spacious. Very clean. Limited paper products such as toilet paper and paper towel. Only one towel for each room. Manager gave us wrong wifi but we were able to find the router to get information. Overall I would stay here again. Close to everything.
