QR code mandatory to enter gated community. Check-in is 3pm, QR code arrived after midnight, Called owner, no answer, left mesg wasn't contacted until hour later. No personnel on site. Three guests /a week stay, given 2 towels, 2 face towels and a roll of toilet paper. No bottom sheet on the bed, the mattress cover was dirty, expected to empty your trash, but no bags were provided in cans. The listing said breakfast and shampoo provided-nope! When we finally made it there, no porch light, had to try to put in security code twice. The house was dark, room was upstairs, hit my knee on a pool table in the open area, then went to every room to see room numbers. Entering room we cut our leg on sharp stables at the footboards edge. Forget about overhead light/fan, cords were cut within 8" on vaulted ceiling. Don't count on going to bed until 11, pool table is in open area next to all bedrooms. driveway parking, be prepared to be woke up to play musical cars at all hours when someone leaves. If you're not there b4 parking is full, gee hope you don't mind walking several blocks to a lot, or even 15 minutes away if that one is full too! GOOD THINGS: very safe neighborhood and not too far from attractions. I would not stay here again. Dissatisfied.
