Luxurious / magnificent 7 bedroom and 5 bath villa with a pool area and a game room located in Lake Berkley, a prestigious guard-gated community in Kissimmee, Florida. It's the closest community to the Disney Parks (about five miles) and also close to other major attractions (Universal Studios, etc.). It is situated a few minutes from local shops and about 10 minutes from surrounding golf courses.

This spacious and air-conditioned house is renovated with custom furnishings and decorations to make you feel at home. Brand new mattresses and high quality bedding ensure that you rest comfortably at night. Among available features are free high speed WiFi and cable services, free domestic calls within the U.S., free cable TV, game tables, a crib, washer/dryer machines, and a dishwasher.

This upgraded luxury villa boasts stunning views that overlook 14 acres of a beautiful, natural lake and tranquil surroundings. Tropical birds, baby ducks, and sand cranes often linger to be fed. You can watch eagles fish and large turtles bask in the sun; this haven for wildlife is just 15 mins from Disney! The villa is furnished to the highest possible standard. The open floor plan includes 2 lounge areas, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal, etc. The breakfast nook overlooks the pool and the game room includes a pool table and a foosball table. A real home away from home
We booked this house when the host of our scheduled booking let us down at the very last minute, and I am now so glad that happened! The owner of this property, Donna, was amazing. Her quick responses and kindness quite literally saved our family vacation after we were left stranded following a 9-hour flight from the UK, and I cannot thank her enough for allowing us to stay at her home. There is not one negative thing I could say about this property. The house was the perfect home away from home for our family from the moment we checked in. The pool and spa provided hours of fun and relaxation for everyone, and the view overlooking the lake was magnificent, and simply spending time watching the local wildlife was so tranquil. The house is in a great location, situated in a very quiet gated community which provides a beautiful neighbourhood to simply stroll around. The property itself is very spacious, clean, and was well-equipped with everything we needed to relax after a long day at the parks Donna was so kind and helpful in every aspect of our stay, from making the initial enquiry, booking the property, and right up until we checked out and I am so thoroughly grateful to our host for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home!

Wonderful family vacation home!
This is our third all-family vacation, and this home was the best yet! Our family of 8 adults and 8 children (ages 6 months to 67 years) was very comfortable in Donnaā€˜s lovely house. Two of the adult couples had a king size bed and private bathroom. The bedroom on the first floor was especially luxurious, with a deep garden tub, tiled shower, and direct access to the patio and pool from sliding glass doors. The king sized bedroom upstairs with a crib was perfect for our son and daughter-in-law with the six month-old baby. The rest of us fit nicely into 2 rooms with double beds and 3 with twin beds in each (plus a folding cot we used in one). The kitchen is spacious, with lots of counter room for the fantastic cooks in our family to work, and a big stainless steel refrigerator to hold all the groceries. There is plenty of silverware and dishes for a large crowd, and even a nice amount of childproof plates and drink ware. We loved the large, modern washer and dryer! Even with all the hours of fun in the wonderful screened-in pool, (our very favorite feature!) keeping the ample supply of towels washed and dried was no problem. The tranquil, private, unobstructed view across the lake from the patio was great. Our grandson caught some fish, and the little girls loved watching the baby ducks. Donna is fantastic! She responded quickly to my many questions, and is so easy to work with. I feel like we have been friends for years! We would definitely rent this place again.

Wow what a amazing view this property has. We enjoyed the wildlife and the birds flying in and out of the lake. I could have sat and watched them all day. Lovely Villa on the Lake
Plenty of space for the family, the split lounge areas allowed the children space to play and adults somewhere to talk. The view over the lake is lovely, and the morning breakfast visits from the ducks were always welcome. Communication with the property manager was excellent, and she was quick to respond and always very helpful.

Lake Berkley house
Luxury house is not an accurate description of this house. We paid a significant amount of money for 25 nights. Luxury means a completely clean home and a clean pool. The kitchen and living room floor was dirty. The grout is completely black, where it should be beige.There is grease and fuzz on the kitchen ceiling, all the fake flowers and jars on top of the cabinets and on the kitchen walls. We did sweep some of it. It appears the home hasn't been thoroughly cleaned, updated or painted in a very long time.The garage game room was unusable due to a overwhelming musty/moldy smell.The 6 twinbeds are loud and extremely uncomfortable. The pool floor is stained, dirty and chipped. The lanai has several cuts and rips in the screening. We would not recommend this home.

House as was advertised. Beds were quite comfortable which is a priority for us. I liked being backed up to the lake, itā€™s one of the reasons I rented it. We did not utilize resort common areas so canā€™t review those but neighborhood well kept and front gate employees were helpful and friendly. We did not have a baby with us, but there is a crib, high chairs and other baby equipment there which could be a plus for those who may need them. House is large, laid out well and has natural lighting from windows. I think a TV in the kids rooms would be a nice addition. It has a little wear but nothing major and really just let me relax as I didnā€™t have to worry about expensive breakables, etc. Kitchen was well stocked for any cooking. Would be a great house for multiple family vacations. We had 3 bedrooms with two twins in each that we didnā€™t even use. I would rent again if I was going to be the area.

Pool area is lovely!
We requested the pool heat and honestly spent most of our time sitting out at the pool. The house is well loved, and a bit timeworn, so if you are looking for pristine, you may want to keep searching. The master downstairs bed was SO comfy! The game room was unusable for our group, stuffy and musty smelling and I'm afraid the cleaners may have missed cleaning that room more than once. Overall a sufficiently big home to accommodate large groups. Our group of 7 (originally supposed to be 9 with two late 20's kids that had to back out last minute) senior citizens had more than enough room to spread out. We didn't even enter the three kids rooms! Location is perfect for Disney attractions! We didn't do that, but drove through to other destinations many times.

Very Nice Property
This property is very nice. We enjoyed our time. We had 11 of us. The pool is small but perfect for our family. We paid for extra heat and probably did not need it as it was so warm. Donna was very helpful when I needed to contact her. This was the perfect location as it was off the beaten path but close enough to the Disney parks and attractions. The game room is not as depicted. The tables are older. This seems to be used more for storage. Overall we loved this property. We would choose it again.

Overall we did enjoy our stay. The house was close to shopping, things to do, etc. Members of our party really enjoyed the lake, didn't catch any fish but enjoyed trying. Very quiet neighborhood. Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the house. Looked like maid had given it a quick once over - could really use a good deep clean. Dirt in corners, bathrooms not very clean, house dusty. Another general complaint were the mattresses - old and not very comfortable. One bed was supported by a landscape block in the corner. Pool seemed to lose a lot of water each day - hot tub wouldn't get hot unless pool was filled. Wouldn't take much for this property to get a 5 star rating.

Secure neighborhood and convenient location
We stayed for 2 weeks and it served our purpose of being big enough for our group and close enough to the orlando parks. The pool is smaller than the pictures make it seem, but was a fine enough size. The wildlife is very cool out the back yard the ducks, birds and gator were fun to watch. Quiet time in the neighborhood is from 9pm to 9am. It's a quiet neighborhood and most everyone followed those hours. We ended up buying a ton of cleaning products as the house wasn't as clean as we like. Doing laundry before you leave is required but no soap was provided. Same with dishes, however 1 soap was provided for that. We rewashed any dish we went to use as the dishes were not terribly clean to start. We also bought and left hot pads and kitchen towels as there were none for our use. They provide only a couple garbage bags for your use so you will want to grab those as well. Most houses I've stayed in provided those things so it was a little surprise to me. Walmart is very close and I did an order a head of time to pick up on the way to the house. It was slick. The game room smells moldy/musty and the futon is gone so we didn't use that room at all. This house sleeps 14 comfortably. 15 if one is in a crib. 2 of our kids preferred the white couches to sleep on vs the beds. Outside of the main floor master, the beds are in tough shape. Overall the house was a reasonable price for the location and capacity. It wasn't the house we will go back to year after year but served its purpose. It just needs a little tlc, some repairs and a good scrubbing.
