Our luxurious villa is your home away from home located in the quiet exclusive gated community of Highgate Park, allowing you to escape from the noise of the highways and traffic after a busy day. This community offers tennis courts and children's playground and is just minutes from popular attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses and outlet shopping. Even better Disney Theme Parks are just 8.5 miles from your doorstep!
Our four bedroom three bathroom villa offers an open concept living area that is very spacious and tastefully decorated for guests. There are two master en suite bedrooms (1 King 1 Queen)each with brand new pillow top mattresses, with the third and fourth bedroom sharing a full Jack and Jill bathroom that sleeps 9 comfortably. Our home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, flat screen TV and full size washer and dryer. The garage is transformed into the ultimate games room equipped with pool table, foosball, air hockey, and electronic dart board.
The private screened lanai / extended deck area with outdoor shower has a SOUTH FACING pool & spa ($24 a day to heat) to ensure that no matter what time of year you are visiting you will get tons of warm sunshine all day long!! Large patio table seating for six, under the covered patio with ceiling fan and full size stainless steel BBQ that allows you to enjoy relaxing evenings while sitting and dining by the pool. There are also four loungers surrounding the pool area for those looking to relax and catch some rays.

We had a great stay in this house. Everything was as advertised and it was a perfect fit for our extended weekend stay while bringing our daughter back to school for spring semester. Better than I expected
It was an enjoyable experience and probably best house we have been in. I had found it as a backup location since I was familiar with a previous a property when that property was no longer listed this place was our second choice and I’m glad it worked out that way! Just the open design and space of the house was great but on top of that such a quiet location and prompt responses from the owners makes us want to come back again and again!

The location and house were fantastic! It took about 20 minutes to get to Disney & no time at all to a grocery. The house was not as clean as we are used to but the Roles were great to work with and took care of everything!!

Fantastic Orlando Villa
This Villa was a true home away from home and we couldnt have been more happy with our stay! The villa is spacious with comfortable furnishings, great beds and a fantastic screened in pool! Located in a gated community you feel very safe and the streets had very little traffic. The villa is modern and updated with tiled or laminate floors throughout and the hot tub was fantastic after my morning run Being located close to Disney is another plus for this beautiful place! We hope to be able to come back again next year for another restful vacation!

Great Home!
We had a wonderful time on our vacation and our stay at this villa was wonderful. The house was very clean and accommodating. The pool was warm and clean. The house had everything we needed, fully stocked kitchen, information about the area, towels and fast internet. The owners had excellent communication and made sure we had everything we needed. We have stayed at many homes in the Orlando area and this one was our favorite. We would stay again!

Property was exactly how it was described. It was in close proximity to the grocery stores, restaurants and disney!! The whole family enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, we added the heat for the jacuzzi and it was nice to enjoy after the long walks at disney. Danette and Derek checked in with us a few days into our stay to make sure we were enjoying our stay which was awesome and appreciated!! Would definitely recommend staying here. Disney dream vacation
We took our daughter and her husband and their 3 children ages 10,8,&6 for a 6 night stay. Our youngest upon entering the house said take your shoes off , this is a beautiful house. We loved the house and the pool. It was a battle whether to go to Disney or just relax around the pool. Highly recommend. *****

Great Holiday
We have just returned after staying at the Villa Soleil for two weeks. From entering the gated community which immediately made you feel safe and secure to the villa itself, we couldn't fault it. The community is very quiet, but close to supermarkets and restaurants. The villa itself was everything we could have asked for. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable. It had a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels including beach towels, free internet- which kept our two boys (aged 15 & 13 ) very happy, that is when they weren't in the pool, which was also clean and a nice temperature. It was lovely to sit out in the evenings after being at the parks all day. The boys enjoyed the games room although it was very hot in there, thank goodness for the fan provided. I even did all my washing before I left which saved me hours at home. Derek and Danette were a pleasure to deal with and were very helpful and quick to respond to any queries or requests we had. We would definitely recommend their villa.

Lovely Home
Everything was lovely about this home. The owners and management company were accessible and friendly. We had a couple of minor questions at the beginning of our stay and they were only a phone call away! The home itself was was nice and most important, clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials so I was able to cook a nice Thanksgiving meal. The beds and pillows in each room were comfy. The pool and spa was used daily with joy. I like the added touch of the stereo so we could play a little music and My 4YO loved the children books! The neighborhood itself is safe and a really nice area. We walked to the community playground. It’s small but shaded. It was a 5 minute walk from the home. Grocery stores and restaurants were all 5-10 min drive. It took us 15 mins to drive to Disney. My family and I felt right at home during our stay and wasn’t ready to leave. I highly recommend this home for your next vacation.

Clean and Affordable
We spent the holiday break at Derek and Danette’s place. It was a perfect spot for our much needed break from the cold of Michigan! I always judge a rental by how black our feet get from the flooring, and I have to say, that these were the cleanest floors I’ve seen! We had numerous Publix to choose from that were only a few miles away. Prepare for a much longer trip, however, because the traffic lights take forever. The pool and spa were great. We had an issue with heating on Sunday and the management team and Derek responded swiftly. They had the issue fixed ASAP; excellent communication throughout. I thought we would use the games in the garage but we didn’t even go in there. We are all about the pool and spa! It was kinda sad knowing we were 10 miles from Disney, LegoLand, etc and we didn’t spend a day at the parks. We figured we risked enough with Covid just flying down there so we didn’t go. But everything is right there if you’re braver than us! We did go to Gatorland (all outdoors) and that was awesome. We would stay here again! Hope Derek and Danette get down there this year.

Just Okay
We enjoyed our Disney/Universal week at the property. The house was clean and spacious for our small group of four. Also, the kitchen was well-stocked for meal prep. However, the house is in need of some TLC. All of the game room items were broken or unusable (the pool table is on a slope, and the balls just roll to the side when un-racked). Many other items in the house were showing signs of wear or were broken. The pool was nice. However, the pool was not heated on our arrival, as it was incorrectly configured at the control panel. The property manager was fairly responsive and got it working the next day. The pool cover is a major hassle to remove and put back on (a rolling cover would be a major improvement). Also, the timer system for the spa is very inconvenient: the timer only turns it on for an hour, but it takes at least 1 1/2 hours to heat up. So, if you don’t babysit the timer, it will go cold again. The neighborhood is nice, but the location is not great. Even though the listing advertises 15 minutes to Disney, it never took us less than 30 minutes in traffic. Universal was at least 45! Also, there are few restaurants in the area, which was disappointing. The house was lacking many of the little touches that would have made it great; only one kitchen towel provided, and one box of Kleenex for the whole house, for example. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I doubt we will return.
