This luxury villa is a family villa and our family make good use of it, so for us it is a home away from home.
The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the two master bedrooms are en-suites with direct access to the pool area and the two twin rooms share the main bathroom.
The villa is ideally situated in Calabay Parc on US 27, approximately 5 minutes North of Interstate 4, and 5 minutes South of US192. We are 15-20 minutes from Disney, 25 minutes from Universal Studios and about 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Highlands Reserve Golf Course is less than 5 minutes north and Southern Dunes Golf Course about 15 minutes south on US27. Champions Gate golf course is also just a few minutes away.
There are restaurants, a gas station, a Publix supermarket, chemist and bank just a few minutes away by car and many more eating places on the US192 and Interstate 4. We strongly recommend a trip to Manny’s Chop House which is about 15 minutes south on the US 27 near Southern Dunes Golf Course and Wal-Mart. there is now also a new Manny's which is slightly closer on the US192. There is also a Millers Ale House which is very near on the Champions Gate development.
We employ a management company to maintain the villa to a very high standard to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Of course the management company is always on hand should you require any assistance regarding the villa. This ensures that it is always a pleasure to come home to after a day of sampling the sights and activities that the Orlando and surrounding area has to offer.
The pool (which can be heated at extra cost) overlooks a garden area and has a covered Lanai and pool furniture.The garden is maintained to a high standard by the gardening team who also look after the community planting, and is not overlooked from the rear.
To keep you cool in the evenings there is a fan in the Lanai with a light that is ideal for having a relaxing drink after the day's activities.
For extra security there are two CCTV cameras at the rear of the property which face the doors at the sides of the pool screen.
The fully equipped kitchen is open plan to the living room with a breakfast bar; there is a formal dining room and also an informal dining area.
The garage has been converted into a games room and is equipped with a Pool Table, Foosball table, Air Hockey. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
