As you step inside, you will be greeted by the beautiful living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room will allow you relax in luxury with comfortable seating and 70-Inch SMART 4K TV with Playstation 5. From the living room, there is access to the patio balcony with 8 seat dining table where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Signature Arnold Palmer Golf Course views. Head towards the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee bar, breakfast bar, and all you need to prepare meals. Enjoy all your meals around the elegant dining table. Foyer has a pool table, TV, and multi-arcade video game. There is also a Sonos sound system throughout the home for you to dance to your favorite music.

On the ground floor, you will find the first master suite featuring a king bed, 50-inch SMART 4K TV, and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, shower and 2 separate vanities. There are high pressure rain showerheads in all bathrooms. You can also find two master suites on the second floor with king beds, 50-inch SMART 4K TV's, and balcony access over the Signature Arnold Palmer Golf Course. Let the kids have a blast in their own custom built Minion bedroom. The kid's bedroom features three twin over twin bunk beds, spiral slide and tunnel. There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The Private Family Suite (located across the courtyard allowing more privacy and space for your guests in your party) has a King sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 50-inch SMART 4K TV, accent chair, and a living area with a small kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffee bar). 2 Double sized beds with a 50-inch SMART 4K TV are located in the living area with no private entrance and shares the bathroom through the King sized bedroom.

Once you turn the corner up the stairs, and just outside the Minion's room, you are immersed in a fun themed kids zone of girl and boy superheroes with two 32-inch SMART TV's with PlayStation 4 as well as a karaoke party system with vocal, sound and light effects and microphone. So whether you’re lounging around on the bean bags or blast down the slide, your little minions and superhero’s are sure you have a blast in this area created for their fun and your relaxation. At night time you can read the minions a story before they go to bed or have fun with them into the wee hours of your fun vacation. We hope this area brings out the kid in everyone. There is more fun stored in this villa for all in the unique games room located across the courtyard. The themed movie theater and games room with a comfortable sectional, theater seats and video gaming chairs, features a 110-inch projection screen, 50-inch SMART 4K TV x2, multi-arcade video game and PlayStation 4. If you are looking forward to relaxing, then head towards the courtyard area. The private south facing pool allows you to soak up the Florida sun on your next vacation. Rental Policies

• Optional pool and spa heat is $50 per day for the duration of the stay
• One time cleaning fee of $325 required

We would like to inform you that we are working with our partners and staff members to be proactive and ensure our guests have the best vacation experience while mitigating impact of the current situation.

We adhere to comprehensive health and safety procedures when cleaning and maintaining our homes including all local laws. In addition to the strict guidelines and high standards we have in place, we have developed new best practices, training and information that achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitization as recommended by the CDC and the industry standards set by the VRMA (Vacation Rental Management Association). We are committed to doing our part to keep guests, owners, and staff safe.

We have considered a preventive plan of strict cleaning standards and housekeeping for our vacation homes with the following measures:
• Our existing cleaning programs have been updated to include more rigorous sanitization and disinfection protocols to ensure safety as described by the CDC.
• Team members are receiving additional specialized and ongoing training in cleaning standards and practices.
• We disinfect all major surfaces and pay close attention to all high-touch areas, including door knobs (inside and out), lock boxes or electronics lock panels, stair railings, telephones, light switches, remote controls, arms of chairs, refrigerator door handles, sliding door handles, toilets, faucets and knobs, clothes hangers, touch screens, and play sets/toys, to name a few. High-touch surfaces are being treated with extra care with EPA compliant disinfectants.
• Our team members follow all PPE best practices by wearing masks, gloves, and/or other protective gear as necessary when entering a vacation home. Further, our team is supplied with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol as directed by the CDC.
• Pool patios and furniture is pressured washed and sanitized.

Additional Safety Measures include:
• Remote check-in for guests.
• Our team is helping guests resolve any technical or maintenance questions via phone or chat before we send a team member into the homes.
• All maintenance staff wear mask, gloves and shoe covers and are to remain at least six feet about from guests when attending a vacation home.
