You'll be treated to the utmost comfort in any of the bedrooms as they all have full en suite bathrooms, and two have large covered balconies with high-end furnishings. The second-floor balcony feels immersed in the neighboring palm trees and features luxe lounge chairs, while the private third-floor terrace has a roomy lounge area. Gather your whole group together on the shaded ground-floor lanai for a barbecue using the built-in gas grill complete with a wall-mount range hood and an adjacent sink. Enjoy your meal at the outdoor dining table; the abundant lighting means even an alfresco dinner is possible.
If Epcot inspires you to try preparing some international cuisine - or if you're in the mood for your favorite standby - the sleek, open kitchen has everything you need. The beautiful island provides ample counter space, and the upscale stainless steel appliances can help you meet any culinary challenge.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
