Our lovely villa has High-Speed WIFI suitable for online working and studying. It is situated on the Solana Resort Community which is located in the US27 between the 192 and the I4. This villa has 5 bedrooms/3 en-suite masters, 4 bathrooms, and a private pool, sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. It is about 15 minutes from Disney World, minutes away from many golf courses, and near all the major attractions.

We use a highly recommended Management Company with friendly 24-hour support for our guests.

Solana Resort features a truly superb, state-of-the-art clubhouse with an impressive range of facilities: a Recreation Area; Internet Cafe. Fitness Room; Swimming Pool & Spa; Interactive Children's Water Play Area; Putting Green; Sand Volleyball; Soccer Field & Sundry Shop. Guests have FREE UNLIMITED USE of the Community facilities for the duration of their stay.

Family vacation get away
Our kids range from 4 to 14 and they all enjoyed this home for our week in Florida. It provided everyone with enough space and privacy with 4 bathrooms so that everyone was comfortable. My youngest was in the pool all week. Getting the heat for the pool was well worth it and provided us with a great way to start and end most days with quality family time. When our week was up, everyone was left wishing would could stay for another.

Good location but beat up
Homeowner was ok to respond (took a day or two). Property management was terrible. Never available and basically told us we’re on our own with the issues of the house. No dishwasher for two weeks. When it was installed, it was not properly secured. They were supposed to return but never did. The house was definitely a rental, very well used to put it nicely. Tables, chairs and one couch should be replaced. Beds and cooking pans were good. House was cleaned upon our arrival but not to our level of cleanliness. I won’t rent this place again.

The house was nice but is in need of updating and dusting. Couch was broken. Had flying ants in the bathrooms by the pool and all in the pool. Sent out an exterminator the next day that took care of those but I had to clean the whole pool. The next day after we got back from a long day at animal kingdom the air was not working. Texted maintenance and was talked through on how to fix the problem u til air guy came out. All in all it was a nice house.

Nice house in nice location
Enjoyed our stay in this house. I like that the lanai has the morning sun. Management and owner were very good to deal with. If you had a question they got back to you promptly. Plan to go back next year.

Nice Getaway
Home was very nice. Liked the layout for multiple families, but unfortunately due to the coronavirus we had a 5 bedroom home to ourselves since vacation plans got changed. Owner was very good to deal with. Got response from her within minutes. Hopefully next year things will work out and we can do the things that we had planned for this year. We will be back God willing.

Needs some TLC and had a problem with small master bedroom the entire time.
Pros: Spacious, plenty of room for our family of 7. Quick response from the manager. Cons: The smaller master restroom had a problem from the moment we arrived. The sink had been broken by the previous renter. We were notified by a knock at the door when we arrived. The sink was not fixed until Thursday (arrived Saturday) and was not usable until then. Thursday happen to be a day we were not at the park. Water had to be turned off several times- not convenient when you are present. After they fixed the sink- (entire vanity had to be replaced), they removed the toilet during the process and then toilet started running -wasn't noticed until after the worker left. Notified management and they requested we turn water to toilet off- was not fixed before we left. - Bathroom grout needs some serious TLC. - The security at the gate is incredibly rude! -There are signs located on toilets, air conditioner, dryer........ All very if you do this and you will be charged for that. Just gave a bad vibe. -They are VERY serious that they leave you basically NOTHING. There was 1 roll of toilet paper in each restroom. I small bar of soap in the larger master rest and that was it. Bring ALL your supplies. I get that it say you are responsible in bringing stuff, but they are really cheap on this. The Internet went out several times and they were very quick in trying to fix it but is was a problem for several days. Honestly we didn't walk in the backyard and look at the pool.

Home was beautiful but in serious need of TLC. Bbq was filthy' we ended up not using it even though we paid extra 40 to use it. Garbage Disposal leaked when used Bottom of pool was filthy Bedroom dressers ( 2 twin rooms) broken grout in one bathroom was disgusting Master King Bed no support, sagged, woke up with horrible back pain Rooms were hot, had to buy extra fans because we couldnt lower ac below 73. ( house rules, had we known that I would stayed elsewhere)

The pool and hot tub were horribly unkept, as well as having dirt on the bottom and a film of dirt on top. Pillowcases had stains on them. Doesn’t look like you’ve invested a dime back into your property, which is shameful. Not even a paper towel left behind to help us clean up after you. The master bedroom and side bathroom sink wouldn’t drain while in use, and not sure the toilets and showers were properly scrubbed. Would rather have not had to pull hair out of the shower drains that didn’t belong to us. Very disheartening to have always stayed in this neighborhood with no problems, but have you not care about the basic upkeep of your property.

Unfortunately the property company forgot to clean the home before we arrived so the house was dirty and no clean sheets. The property owner did credit me $100 for the inconvenience and had the property company come out the next day to clean and provide clean sheets. Otherwise we enjoyed very much our stay. The private pool was awesome and plenty of spacious rooms.

Super Family Vacation
We found the house to be exactly as described and loved the layout. There were three families (10 total) and the layout allowed each family privacy. Our only disappointment was the hot tub water flows into the pool and we didn’t pay to have the heater on so we couldn’t use the hot tub. Great home and I would definitely recommend it.

The pool was nasty. Everyone who swam on Tuesday woke up vomiting on Wednesday. Ruined our first trip to Disney. What kind of property owners allow a bunch of little kids to get sick.

We did not spend much time in the house just because there is entirely too much to do in Orlando to spend in a house. Was clean and had everything we needed for our time there. Great for a big family vacation
We had a great time! The location to grocery stores and gas stations wa wonderful. Loved the open floor plan. Great communication with owner! The hot tub could be hotter. 85 degrees is not hot enough for Michigan folks on spring break. We have stayed a numerous VRBO’s and this exceeded our expectations.
