Lakeview 3 BR Villa with large private pool nestled into Florida's nature

We are extremely pleased to offer our villa, located at the end of a no exit street in a quiet neighborhood to guests throughout the world. Our property is located in the northern part of Orlando on a roughly 1’500 m2 or 16’000 sq ft lot, fully enclosed with a wooden fence and has an open view to the lakeside through the awning. Whether you are seeking leisure time in an unforgettable surrounding embedded in a lush green nature’s paradise or you are striving for excitement and fun at the parks in Orlando - you have found the right place.
The villa has all the amenities to guarantee your well-deserved quality vacation without the hassle of being locked into a crummy hotel room or a condominium in a large tourist complex. You will find everything to start your vacation from day one and to feel relaxed overseeing the Lake from the large size swimming pool while barbecuing your nice piece of meat or veggie creation on our large size BBQ.
We can easily accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms (2 king-size beds and 1 queen-size bed) with enough space to store all your belongings, even with a wall-in closet in the master BR. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, food center with ice maker, microwave and large stove as well as a coffeemaker (drip and espresso machine), blender and dishesfor 6 allow you to be your own chef. And to celebrate your creations a separate dining room to seat 6 people round up your chef’s experience! In addition next to the kitchen you will a separate table with high chairs ideally suited for breakfast or snack in between.
Our living room is equipped with a 42” smart TV (free Netflix and standard TV broadcast channels), a Blue Ray player and LAN as well as WLAN connection for the entire house. Based on our own experience the comfortable sofa will easily transform you into half wake state, especially after a long day in the parks.
A game room with a pool (billiard) table and dart game ensure long and fun competitive evenings before you check out the pool for a night swim or a night cap on the pool deck. The pool is fully enclosed with a screen – so don’t worry about the uninvited flying guests. And to close off the evening why not spend some time in the larger than average Florida Room – a nice place to discuss plans for the next day or to brag about the size of the fish you caught.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer for your use, hair dryer, vacuum and a complete tool set in the garage if you need to fix some items of your personal belongings. Parking for up to 3 cars is provided for either in the garage or in the drive way. Should you desire enhanced security while either out of the villa or within the premises a fully monitored security system is at your disposal.
Our property is maintained weekly in order to ensure best pool water quality and freshly mowed grass patches and brushes. An newly built efficient air conditioning system (2017) guarantees ambient temperatures inside the house to satisfy your needs.

In order to comply with the City of Orlando Land Development Code, Section 58.988 and 58.989 we are unfortunately not able to rent the house for less than 30 days.
