Excellent location. Very close to parks. Super clean
My family stayed here in April 2024. The property is very close to the disney parks. It is very clean. Communication was through a 3rd party site called Evolve. The pool in the back was a great way to cool off after a morning in the parks. The property is well equipped with everything you need, including small samples of shampoo, conditioner, and dish soaps.

Great stay!
We come to Windsor Hills at least once a year (though this is our only repeat booking). Lots of great amenities and close to everything. The pack and play was super clean and looked newer. We had plenty of space for our family of 5. The property management company and owner are both fantastic. Would absolutely recommend. We'll be back!

Family vacation
House was very clean and comfortable. Home owner was very nice . We did stay during the hurricane and we were perfectly safe. I have a one year old and the home was very accommodating for him. Pack and play, highchair, baby gates , all plugs covered. We will definitely be back. Short distance to Disney and Universal.

Wonderful Orlando Spot
This property was perfect for my family’s trip to Orlando. Townhouse was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything Disney. And after a long day at the parks it was wonderful to relax in the private pool. Owner was very responsive and communication was prompt and clear. So happy we rented this property!

AMAZING HOST
What can I say? I have 0 complaints about this property!! Check in was a breeze, the property was clean and comfortable, there was plenty of space. Everything was as it said it would be. We were in the Windsor Hills Community and had multiple family saying throughout the community. We had easy access to family and to the community pool. I would use this host over and over again!

You will have to look pretty hard to find something wrong with this property. When we entered, we couldn't believe how clean the space was. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the amenities. Having the splash pool was an added bonus as the main pool became quite busy and crowded in the afternoons. The only complaint I could think of was the neighbors often were loud late into the night, and it often smelled like weed. That's not the property owners fault, though. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return!

Wonderful time
We had a wonderful stay! So much so that we didn’t want to leave. The place was very clean and we enjoyed the pool very much. The king size bed was super comfy! This condo is perfectly located for all the the e parks. The Walmart was right down the road along with other restaurants and gift shops. Our kids had a blast at the resort pool and slide. I have nothing bad to say about this place at all! Btw there were a ton of towels and some extra linens.

The property was exactly as listed. The only disappointment was the pool was not heated but the owners responded promptly and in a timely manner and had a technician come out. I would definitely stay here again. I appreciated all the extra amenities that we were able to utilize in the villa such as the pack and plant and high chair.

It was okay
I’ve stayed at better and I’ve also stayed at much worse. If you are a family traveling on a budget, this is a decent little place. It was clean (minus the coffee pot & filter not being dumped from the previous tenants) , the splash pool was great, check in process was super easy, and the location is great. All that being said the property needs a little TLC. The master bedroom bed squeaks terrible with just the slightest movement. The mattress is fairly decent tho. The washing machine does have a musty order from people not leaving the door open but a commercial cleaner will remove the smell, the kids upstairs bedroom is in need of new bedding - the sheets are very worn and the kids room electronics are ancient and need upgrading. My 8 year old had no idea what a vhs player even was and couldn’t understand why her PlayStation 4 games wouldn’t work with the PlayStation 2 that is in the room. The TV was tiny - like 13” small. Also, the door knob to the closet was totally broken. Moving downstairs, we didn’t use the downstairs bedroom except for changing clothes so I can’t comment on the comfortability of the bed however the ceiling fan needs replacing as it shakes violently at full speed. We took a GoPro video of it and are still laughing about it. I wouldn’t want to sleep under that fan when it’s running. Kitchen was adequate but having 1 trash bag in the kitchen trash can upon move in would be nice. Luckily we brought our own but I’ve never had to supply the initial bag. The electronics in the living room were in need of upgrades as well. There is a whole lot of mess going on there that my husband (who is an electronics tech) had a difficult time figuring out. The TV was new-ish but the VCRs need to go. They REALLY date the property. Living room furniture was comfortable. Pool was awesome (especially in July) and super clean the pool light did not work tho. We did run into a problem where the batteries in the smoke alarm were dying at 2am (shouldn’t these be changed every 6 months). It’s about 15ft in the air so we couldn’t reach to turn it off. Emailed the owner and prop mgr and we went to the parks. No acknowledgement of email from prop mgr but it was fixed. prop mgr was kinda rude in email- telling me I should have called instead of email. I’m hearing impaired so calling at a busy theme park is not an option. Overall the stay was ok but could have been better with some upgrades.

Townhome at Windsor was nice and clean. The 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms met our needs very well! The onsite pool was small but enjoyed by us when we didn't want to take the time to go to the resort water park. Very pleased with the cleanliness! Thanks for helping make our family vacation great!

Great home away from home
We had a great vacation in Florida and this house gave us all the comforts of home. There was plenty of room for a family of 5 with the fun enjoyment of our own pool. The kids enjoyed the pool every night after a day at the parks. Thank you for allowing us to use your home for our vacation, would definitely stay here again!

The place was immaculate. Well maintained and very clean. Well decorated. Had all the amenities of home. This place had 3 BR and 3 baths. The pool was a pleasant surprise. The place is very close to the Disney parks. No problems getting on/off the highway. HVAC worked really well. We plan on coming down in a year or two and we would stay there again.

Couple of issues. The refrigerator leaked water from the ice maker. (We reported to maintance person). It was too cold to use the pool at the house. Was disappointed that the hot tub at the club house was not working.

Great Location - Quiet Community - Nice Resort Amenities
This was a great resort community close to all major attractions and easy driving access to major highways if you are looking to venture a little further away such as Cocoa Beach or Winter Haven. The condo itself is in good condition. Carpets and master bedroom mattress could use an update. The private pool was WELL worth every penny! We paid for it to be heated and the kids swam almost every night after returning from parks and various activities. The living space was comfortable and it was great to have an on suite bathroom off each bedroom. The kitchen provided plenty of space and seating area. During our visit there were booster seats and a stroller for guest use as well as a few pool toys. The resort amenities were also clean and wonderful. A new slide/water play area was under construction during our stay but looked like it would be an excellent addition to their offers (anticipated to open April 2018). The club house had household items if needed, snacks and food for all day pool days. The game room was spacey and the gym although we did not use it was clean. The owner was a pleasure to work with and responded to requests or questions promptly! We certainly work with them again.

Great owner, great location, nice stay!
We had a great stay at this rental. It was the 2nd time we stayed in the Windsor Hills resort area - and we'll be sure to be back again. This particular rental was well-situated within the resort; quiet street and there was a nice, open grass area right behind the home which meant no rear neighbors and a place for the kids to play. There were usually a few kids back there, so a good way to make some friends on the trip. The house itself was nice and we enjoyed using the pool. We had no real issues when we were there, other than the washing machine had a bad smell but the property caretakers addressed it when we brought it to their attention. If there was anything that could be improved, I'd suggest it be the entertainment options offered. The internet/WIFI worked very well, but other than that there was just basic cable offered. There was a PS2, but we were surprised to find no games with it. Some of the other rental options offer Netflix, etc. Having said that... we weren't there for the TV, so this was not a major detraction from our trip in anyway! The owner (Kris) was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with when making the reservation. She also offered special 'VIP passes' (that work like free Fastpass entries); and these worked great and saved us a lot of time by avoiding a few extra lines! All in all, it was a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you stay here as well!
