"The villa is located in the Windsor Hills community, which is about 15-18 minutes from the Disney parks. There's a Walmart about a mile away, which was very convenient. Windsor Hills is also located in close proximity to Hwy 192 and its numerous restaurants and the community has 24/7 security, which was reassuring.Regarding the villa itself, it was very clean and spacious and we had more than enough space. The house was tastefully decorated and it was very obvious the owners had taken very good care of their villa. My wife and our 3-year old granddaughter enjoyed the pool immensely. We also appreciated the pool alarm, sliding glass door locks, and safety fencing around the pool. There were plenty of towels, dishes, utensils, etc and all appliances as expected. My wife and I enjoyed the Foosball table and there was also a pool table. Janine, the owner, was very easy to work with and very responsive to questions. One of the reasons that we chose this house was because there was no carpet anywhere in the house, only tile and hardwood, which in my experience makes for a cleaner rental property. If I had to list any potential negative it would be the mattresses were pretty soft and that might be a problem for someone with back issues. But overall, the villa was excellent, as was the communication with the owner, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Disney.The Bordens"

"The house was as-advertised and great. Everything was clean and neat. Our kids loved the various themed rooms. Very easy to get to the Disney parks, and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby for food and supplies. We didn’t have a chance to spend much time in the community pool, but that was great as well. Josh was quick and helpful in responding to a couple of questions that arose during our stay. Very pleased with our choice."
