Double booked
Imagine pulling up to the house you reserved a month in advance on Christmas Eve only to find another family inside already enjoying the house. Then being on the phone for hours for someone/ anyone to help acocmadate you and your family on the most chaotic time of the year where everything is booked! We booked a 4 bedroom house and was only given the option of a random 1 room hotel with 2 beds for a family of 6. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE more then it was a vacation. I will never book through VRBO again.. The host never responded to any messages. The google number didn’t work. Vrbo never reached out like I was told they would. The “rebooking team” never rebooked me anything. Never got any help.
