As I have used HS before and had a good experience it’s why I booked again. I had booked 3 nights but changed to 2. Whereas the room was lovely the ironing board was broken and wardrobe door came off the hinge. I reported it 3 times but nothing was done. I wasn’t aware of no room being made up with the exception of a small notice on the door which I only discovered the next afternoon! The breakfast the first morning was awful. Eggs and sausage patties were dry and disgusting. There was a shortage of bread and bagels. On both mornings I was shocked to see that the butter, cream cheese and jam were in jars with a knife in each being handled by EVERYONE!! Be aware there’s a parking charge of $26 a day which wasn’t revealed by Expedia which I booked with. The hotel is in the middle of refurb in the dining room which didn’t help. The coffee and tea and juices were in another area. Very unhappy and very unlikely to be back. I took pics but this review doesn’t allow me to attach.
