Only thing I didn't like was a smell when entering the room (maybe it was a cleaning product) but no big deal since it was just for bit. It was pretty clean, TV could use a little update but the bed was quite comfortable, safe area and staff was great!

This hotel is very clean, comfortable and centrally located. The staff were all wonderful - at the front desk, working the bar, in the restaurant, and the cleaning staff. The only disappointment was that the pool wasnt heated, and as a family we were really looking forward to using it. It was too cold to enjoy. Overall a really nice hotel downtown.

The king bed was super uncomfortable. The valet parking was super expensive $38.00 and is mandatory because the hotel does not have parking. The terrible breakfast was not included. I paid for it and did not eat it. I do not recommend this hotel.

I stayed here to get away from Hurricane Milton. I love that it is pet friendly. The bathroom was spacious. The gym is quite big and has a variety of equipment to try out. I enjoyed using my phone as a key for the elevator and other amenities.

It was a pleasure staying here- the staff was extremely friendly, the rooms and common areas were very clean, and it’s conveniently located in downtown Orlando (I was in town for the Sweat Tour @ The Kia Center and it was barely a 20 min walk).
