My biggest issue is the 4 pm check in time, thatā€™s ridiculous. If Iā€™d seen the very late check in time, I most certainly wouldnā€™t book it there

I had a very good stay overall. Despite checking in late, staff was at the front desk waiting to assist. The lobby was clean and well lit. My room was surprisingly very nice and I was welcomed by name on my TV. The bathroom was clean with everything I needed for personal hygiene, the mini fridge was cold, the bed was clean and comfortable, and there was spacious room to walk around being a standard room, not a suite. The one thing that bothered me about the room was that there was no central light on the ceiling. They had multiple lights around the room that you could use, which was adequate, but the room still felt a bit dark with no overhead light. The other complaint I had was the surrounding area was very noisy at night with cars racing up and down the streets. This is not under their control, but itā€™s worth noting. In the morning, the breakfast was nice considering itā€™s complementary. Had a quick bite before checking out. Check out was quick and staff was very friendly. Overall, it was a nice stay for what I needed and I would come back again.

I stayed after Milton Hurricane because my trip was cancelled. The rug in my bedroom was so dirty that my asthma was triggered and I was thinking to sleep in the car. I shared the issue with the front desk and hilton customer service. I never heard back from hilton.
