The brand new gated community Festival Resort is a perfect choice that offers the tranquility of the countryside and the short distance to all of Orlando's attractions, restaurants, commercial centers, malls, and natural trails. The Downtown Festival consists of an arcade, fitness center, resort-style heated swimming pool, private cabanas, kids waterpark, beach volleyball court, and a putt golf course. The community is located directly off I4 in Orlando with short distance to all the Disney World, Universal, Legoland, and SeaWorld attraction parks, restaurants, malls and well-known championships golf courses.
Lavish decoration offers privacy and great accommodation for up to 8 guests.
The ground floor offers a spacious open-plan which consist of the kitchen, sitting & dining area leading to the private lanai, and a bathroom. Living room with Smart TV and sofa bed.
The home boasts three beautifully decorated bedrooms. On the second floor, the master suite features a plush king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, offering a luxurious and private haven. Two additional bedrooms are on this floor: one with a comfortable queen-sized bed and another bedroom with 2 twin size beds, perfect for younger guests.
The 2.5 bathrooms are designed with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The main bathroom, spacious and elegant, includes a large bathtub and separate shower.
The private patio offers an outdoor seating area where you can enjoy in serene surroundings. Located in the picturesque Enclaves at Festival, our home is a short drive from local attractions, dining, and shopping.

This property is professionally cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. All high-touch surfaces are disinfected, and the unit is stocked with new essentials for your arrival. Bathrooms and kitchen surfaces are thoroughly cleaned with professional-grade disinfectant, and all linens are washed with bleach and soap at high temperatures. Our cleaning team wears gloves and masks during the entire cleaning process, ensuring a safe environment for your stay.
* We charge a refundable damage deposit of $200. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.

3. Directions and Check-In Instructions: two days before your scheduled arrival, we will provide you with the full Directions and Check-In Instructions for your Vacation Home. These instructions will include the address, gate codes, and home codes necessary to access your rental property. We recommend saving these instructions for easy reference during your journey.

- Pet Policies: we don’t accept pets of any kind. If you have a service animal please contact our reservations department for registration instructions.
- Refundable Damage Deposit: please note that all our vacation homes require a refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be charged to your payment method two days prior to your arrival. It serves as a precautionary measure to cover any potential damages incurred during your stay. Rest assured that the deposit will be refunded up to 7 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.
- Additional Amenities: we provide options such as a BBQ Grill, Pool Heater, Baby Cribs, High Chairs, Strollers, Rollaway Beds, and Pack'n Plays. Please note that these amenities come with an additional cost, which is not included in your total reservation amount. If you wish to include any of these services, kindly let us know so we can arrange them and add the charges accordingly.
