Pleasantly Surprised!
I rented this vrbo after staying in the same area December 2023 overnight after a week long work event. We stayed in the Grand. We went to celebrate my 60th birthday with our grown children. Our son in law had never been to Florida or any Disney parks so we had 1 newbie. The photos of the room wete were very accurate which is why I say pleasantly surprised. I have some suggestions though. The beds in the second bedroom are fullsize which worked out okay only because my sister and her husband didn't come after all. My daughter and her husband took 1 bed each. Is there a reason they are not queen size? The kitchen was stocked with lovely dishes and utensils but I was hoping for basic spices, sugar, salt pepper and a tea vareity for us non coffee drinkers. We stayed a full week and I read in reviews saying there was a markwt to purchase groceries but there wasn't much. We didn't bring a car so we had to have Uber deliver groceries for us. The

Wonderful Property
A beautiful complex with lots to do. We stayed in a two bedroom condo and it was perfect. Well furnished and very clean. The property has several pools and planned activities for guests. Plus is close to Disney Parks. Highly recommend.

Top notch condo!
VERY CLOSE to Epcot Region of WDW! The Disney Riviera Resort is next door. Very clean and spacious condo-we had the ‘deluxe’ size condo. The staff were very responsive to our requests, such as needing more coffee filters, coffee packets, shampoo-conditioner, towels, etc. lots of activities around the resort that are family friendly. The poolside restaurants-bars were great! Location was excellent!! We never had a problem with finding close parking to our ‘tower.’ Will definitely choose Wyndham Bonnet Resorts for future stays at Disney! Such a great value and far more space for the money!!

Very nice property. Grounds were clean. Condo was very nice. It was spacious and had all needed amenities (might put a Kuerig coffee make in unit). Very much enjoyed. Convenient to parks and much less expensive.

Overall good stay
Overall the stay was good. The double beds were small and we didn't like being on the ground floor. It was a bit challenging to get to the parks. The room was clean and quiet. Our key cards stopped working randomly to get in our room but the housekeeping staff was quick to help. For the value it was a good stay.

the facility and accommodations were excellent, the check in process was ridiculous, my wife tried to check in with out me and was denied since it was my name on the reservation. I make reservations all the time for my wife and have never had a problem. even though i spoke to someone there and my wife had the same credit card they wouldn't do it. Thinking back I tried to make a change to the reservation to include our daughter and was told it could be straightened out when we checked in. and then to be charged $149 to have the name changed on the reservation was crazy, meantime my wife had to site around for 2 hours to get it fixed. not going to use VRBO.

Disney adjacent hotel
The closeness to the Disney parks was very convenient. The hotel’s shuttle schedule was not very good & we just used Lyft for transport. The hotel was remodeling the check in area & it was a chaotic process. The rooms were very nice. The upholstered furniture was very comfortable. The hard pieces very utilitarian and the bathroom vanity was showing evidence of wear & age. The coffee shop did not accept cash or allow me to make a charge to my room. Not very convenient. I called the front desk the day before I checked out to see if I needed to come to the desk for check out. I was told to take trash to trash chute, put linens in bathtub & I could leave without coming to the front desk. I would not have known this if I hadn’t called. I felt the resort did not do a good job of telling us all the amenities available, i.e. the putt putt, shuffleboard, etc and how to access the equipment for those games.

The property was so much more than expected. Conveniently located to all the parks. Only thing, parking was not assigned so it was just first come first serve. It became tight at times. Overall, would 100% recommend the location.

Such a pleasant and enjoyable experience!
From booking to check-out, this was such an easy and pleasant experience. Our family has stayed at Wyndham Bonnet Creek several times before for our Disney vacations, but never through VRBO, so I was a little hesitant about the process. However, I was so surprised at how efficient the process was! The rooms were also super clean and well stocked for all our needs. I will definitely book with Mike and the Koala Vacations team again. Worth every penny
This property was fantastic, Very spacious, and very close to the Disney parks. Staff was polite and accommodating and handled any small inconvenience quickly. Our only minor disappointment was that the pirate ship slide was not operational when we visited and they could use an employee to constantly walk around the pools to clean up other people's leaving of trash. Other than that I would absolutely stay here again.
