I gave ample notification to request an accessible room and when checked in they could hardly find even one. And the one room we received was in the tower being remodeled with lots of construction around it. Seriously? There were 6 towers. The room was ok, but very dated. (Nothing like the pictures as said in small print). The room did have a good roll-in shower however. The complex was very nice overall and great that it is so close to the theme parks. When checking in, we were not given much information where anything was, no map etc. Of course you will be asked to go through a 2 hour sell job. Breakfast buffet in the Grand was very nice, but was not open when a large corporate group was there, so beware. There was a nice smaller bar/quick food place by the pool which was easy and convenient. I didn't receive anything like a check list before leaving so was unsure if there was anything we were to do. The communication was confusing when booking. Wasn't sure who I was suppose to go through because I booked through VRBO which was a big miss, when I found out that its managed by KOALA management co. Confusing. Overall, the complex is very nice. Wished we were informed more of all the different restaurants options, activities etc.
