This is a time share property so with that in mind, there is no daily maid service and you have to take out your own trash. There is a trash shoot on each floor. Concierge service was great and anything we needed was delivered promptly. If you are not already an “owner” they will try to pin you down to sit through a 90 minute presentation to become an owner. Overall this was a great place to stay with plenty of activities on site and only 15 mins from the gate of Magic Kingdom.

Great Stay Other than the sales pitch
This was an absolute great place to stay, very nice suite which included a washer/dryer. The property was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The many pools were great and a fun experience. The sales pitch at the beginning was unneeded and could be very predatory for someone who has a hard time saying no.

They really came through on all their promises. Room was as advertised, clean, updated enough, plenty of utensils in kitchen. Beds super comfortable. Grounds are kept beautifully. No problem parking.

Beautiful resort
We stayed at Bonnet Creek for cheer nationals, along with several other families. The resort is beautiful and had so much for our kids to do when not watching cheer. The suite was clean and spacious. Perfect for families. Would definitely stay there again.

I highly recommend Whyndham Bonnet Creek. We spent the week at Disney resorts and saved a bunch by staying at Whyndham. The location is super close to Magic Kingdom and Epcot.

Hands down the BEST place to stay!
This resort is awesome. There is so much to do and the grounds are beautiful. The resort is on the Disney property. We we able to easily get transportation and grocery delivery while there. None of my kids complained about being bored because there was something for everyone. We will definitely stay again.

The property was beautiful and clean. Minutes from all the Disney parks. The room was as advertised. They did try to offer us a presentation of the property but we’re respectful and not pushy when we declined. Definitely would stay here again.

What a great place. The resort was beautiful and the room was huge and clean. Very close to Disney Parks. We were in Tower 3 and had an awesome view of the resort and could see the Epcot fireworks.

The communication from the owners was not as simple as I would have hoped and I did not like that in this process I booked through VRBO, was sent information from Expedia and then finalized payments through a 3rd company that I’d never heard of before. Property was great and very convenient to all the Disney Parks. There is no room service, only a couple very expensive food options on property, and no housekeeping during your stay, so something to be aware of.

Property was very cleaned and well maintained. Only thing we were bummed about was one of the pools was closed for maintenance and the kids were dying to visit the pirate ship pool. An excuse to come back another time!
