KOALA was easy company to book with!
We love the property. We've stayed here before but have never booked with KOALA. They were easy to deal with and communicated clearly with us. I would definitely book with them again! I usually hate dealing with property management companies. This visit the quality of the food wasn't as good as we remember, but that isn't a reflection on KOALA.

A great place to rest when visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth.
My teen daughter and I had a lovely stay at this resort. The unit was so clean and well-appointed. We were happy with how beautiful the grounds were, and the ease of parking a rental car onsite. We really appreciated that the unit had dish soap, a couple of starter coffee packets, and shampoo and conditioner. We didn't get to use the facilities much as we had a quick trip and spent almost all our time at the Disney Parks and a quick trip to Cape Canaveral for a visit to Kennedy Space Center and the beach. It did give us a really compfortable place to lay our heads for rest between all our dashing. Would totally stay here again! THanks for a great stay!

Summit
We stayed here for Summit. The location and Resort amenities were great. The condo it self was below average. The A/C didn’t work. Tired calling the front desk and it just range and range. Thankfully we were able to run the fan in the room and was able to get it to a comfortable level and since we weren’t in the room the whole time, we were able to just live with it. The fan in the living room didn’t work so we basically stayed in the room the whole time. I would stay at this resort again though. Just not in tower 1

The property is located great for Disney interests. The view of the lake and community was great from our balcony. The very functional kitchen was great to have and the grills outside were really well maintained. The unit itself was drab and the carpet seemed filthy. The front desk responded pleasantly and promptly to requests for refreshed towels etc and it was great to have the washer dryer. The reason the price was so good, though, was that this is actually a sales pitch. They want you to buy into their package of owning a suite - which I presume means owning a suite that gives you entry lots of places around the country. I say I presume because we decided not to go to the 90 minute “no pressure” sales presentation. So I don’t know exactly what the deal is. But take note, I agreed to attend initially and paid $40 for our seats to be “reserved” for us (it can’t just be one in your party will attend). Then when I called them to say we won’t attend and want the $40 back, they agreed to it (after a couple of calls saying “are you sure?” They were actually perfectly nice about it. You can get back your deposit. I would go back here again if I can see the room (re the carpet) before I agree to the one they offer. It’s a nice place with good staff if you take away the sales thing. Oh. I hear there is a way to deal directly with them about reservations - which gives you more options than we had.

Fantastic Stay
Our brief vacation was fantastic, but especially the Club Wyndham resort that we booked with VRBO. This was our first stay using VRBO and will definitely do it again. Everything was perfect, from the booking, to the pre-arrival communication, to the stay. The room was exactly as advertised and the amenities were terrific. Highly recommend! Thanks VRBO and Club Wyndham!

I have stayed at almost every Disney resort from deluxe to value, and my state of choice is always, Bonnet Creek, my daughter even had a Disney wedding, and I had to stay with her for three days at the grand Floridian, checked out and spent the last seven days a Bonnet Creek

Overall very good. The wristbands were not explained at all so the first day we locked the room key in our room on accident and had to go through the process of getting a new one when we had them on our wrist the whole time. Otherwise overall good experience

Love Wyndham bonnet creek!!
This is our second stay at this resort and we are already planning our next trip back. The resort is conveniently located near all of the theme parks, free onsite parking, tons of pools, delicious food and you can’t beat the convenience of your own kitchen! We were upgraded to a two bedroom at check in to boot. Thanks for the great stay- can’t wait to come back!!

Très bel accueil et très belle place
Nous avons séjourné au club Wyndham pour 9 nuits. La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipé pour cuisiner. Il y a des bbq en bas qui sont à notre disposition. Les piscines son belles et le personnel est très gentil. J’ai vraiment aimé l’endroit et je le recommande pour tous.
