We arrived at the hotel at 11 PM. I had made a reservation in advance through Expedia for a king bed and a double sofa; when I arrived at the front desk, everything seemed to be fine until I got to my room and realized that I only had one bed and that the sofa, where my children were supposed to sleep, was missing. I then returned to the front desk looking for solutions, and what I found was a disinterested receptionist who did not want to help. He told me that there were no rooms with a sofa and nothing else. I called Expedia, and after 2 hours and 20 minutes on the phone, they were able to resolve the issue. Expedia paid for an additional room in the same hotel. Everything would have been much faster if the receptionist had shown a little willingness to help. To top it off, the breakfast was unpleasant. I will not be returning to this hotel.
