Fabulous Vacation Villa with Pool and Spa, minutes from Disney World!!!

Our stunning vacation home is furnished to a high standard with numerous extras that will make your vacation a memorable one. With everything from cable television and a games room to free wireless internet access. Alfresco dining is also an option on your very own private pool deck.

Our spacious home has five bedrooms comprising of a king master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, one queen bedroom, again with its own ensuite bathroom, a bunk bedroom for the kids, a twin bedroom, and a further king bedroom. As well as two ensuite bathrooms, there is also a family bathroom and a ground floor WC with access from the pool area.

The family room has access to the pool deck via the sliding patio doors and includes a blueray player and a large flatpanel TV for your added enjoyment. Our villa also boasts a fully equipped kitchen which leads to an elegant dining area with a pool view. Pool heat is an additional charge of $30 a day plus tax. BBQ's can be rented for about $50 a week through our property manager.

Windsor Palms is a manned gated community with a clubhouse that has a large heated pool/spa and exercise room. There are basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and sand volleyball available for your enjoyment. It also has a 68 seat theater where you can request movies free of charge. Windsor Palms also has a convenience store with a snack and tiki bar.

Our close location to Disney makes our property one of the most attractive in the Kissimmee/Orlando area. Travel to Disney property is a short 3 mile ride with only 2 traffic lights. No major highways with heavy traffic to travel. Grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants are abundant in the immediate area.

Excellent place to stay
The property is excellent. We were a family of 9 and had plenty of space. The villa provided everything we needed and is an excellent base for visiting Orlando. The kids loved the pool and the games are. Would definitely stay hear next time and would recommend to anybody visiting Orlando.

Exceptional villa in amazing location
We've had the most fantastic stay at this villa. Super easy and fast check in at the gate, and the villa was sparklingly clean and well appointed when we arrived. Location is excellent - a short drive to Disney and close to a number of supermarkets (eg Target) and variety of restaurants, etc. Could not be better located. Cannot fault anything and you can tell the owner and team set a high standard for the care, management and quality of the villa. Highly recommend, we can't wait to return.

Everything was very nice the only problem and it wasn’t a big problem, but it was a problem they did not have enough toilet paper,also they wanted for us to put the first load on the washer and did not have detergent so I had to go buy some to start the washer. Nice villa in quiet safe gated community, close to everything.
The villa is handy to everything, but in a nice quiet area. 5 minutes to Walmart and US192, and about 10 minutes to Disney parking booths! It is easy to get to the I4 to head off to other attractions, although this road is often backed up. Jayne was marvelous before our trip, answering questions, giving directions to places and the villa is very well stocked with utensils, towels and the like. We were essentially 3 couples who could all retreat to our own private places if required. The villa perhaps needs a freshen up, but I think plans are in place for this. Did I mention the lovely pool and professionally levelled pool table - both are wonderful!

Orlando vacation
This house was a great location for everything we wanted to do while vacationing in Orlando. The pool was very refreshing in the FL heat. Once we arrived, we noticed one of the smoke detectors chirping, I called Jayne, she called me back right away and helped resolve the problem. Overall, a great house to stay in!

The house was nice, any issues were address by the owner immediately. Over all the house was clean, however some of the items had more then expected dust build up. Also, in the garage (Game room) a few larger bugs were found and needed to be disposed of. The washer machine was not working properly. However, we enjoyed our stay in the house and would rent again.

We had a great time at the property, there were 10 of us and on 2 nights we increased to 14, the house handled it like a champ... everyone enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.. the 3 1/2 bath worked grest for us... the location of the property was perfect for us... the daily garbage pick-up was a great feature as is the security with the guarded gate..

Wonderful house!
We loved staying at this house! We had a large group - my family, consisting of myself, my husband, and my two elementary-aged girls; my parents; my husband’s parents; and a couple who are close friends of ours. We had such an amazing vacation, and this house was exactly what we needed. Location: We were within a 10-15 minute drive to the Disney parks, and it was a fairly simple drive to get to them. We went to Universal one day, and that was more like 30-40 minutes because of traffic. Bedrooms: While our situation demanded that one couple take a room with two twins, my husband and I volunteered for that room, and it was fine! Aside from the 1st floor master, the rooms are not overly large, but we all had enough room and were very comfortable. Kitchen: The kitchen is very well-stocked with plenty of cups, plates, and utensils, pots and pans, a 9x13” baking dish, and both a Keurig as well as traditional coffee pot. We ran the dishwasher just about every day and had no problems! Pool/spa: This was the highlight of the house for us. We paid to have the water heated, and it was lovely. My girls were so excited to jump in the pool every evening, and it felt really nice to relax in the hot tub after a full day of walking around the parks. The pool water was very warm, probably around 90 or 95 degrees, which was very nice on a cooler night, but probably not as refreshing on a hot afternoon. The pool water circulates through the hot tub until you turn the knob for the spa, which is located against the house, just next to the screen door. That turns on the jets, and after about five minutes, the water will begin to warm. Amenities/neighborhood: It was so nice having a washer and dryer in the house - we did a few loads halfway through the week. The neighborhood was great. It is gated, which feels very safe, and the attendants in the gate house were very friendly. You just have to make sure you know your house number to give to any delivery person, so they can easily get in. Host: Jayne was very nice and accommodating; she was eager to make sure we had everything we needed. She made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. We loved staying at this house and would recommend it to any families wanting to stay in the Disney area!

Best Trip Ever
This trip was the best trip ever. The property owner Jayne, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything and that everything was in order. She accommodated our needs and her communication with us was very prompt. This house is beautiful inside and outside, the pool and jacuzzi is a nice size, the house is very spacious and minutes away from restaurants and local grocery stores. The gated community is such a convenience and the neighbors were extremely nice. If your looking for a house that has everything, close to the parks and the local stores, then this place is for you.
