Definitely the nicest unit at Legacy Dunes at the most affordable prices. This stunning Kissimmee condo is located in a lovely gated resort. You'll get to enjoy the resort's swimming pool, golfing, tennis, Ping-Pong, there's never a slow day here!

Great condo really close to all the theme parks. Very clean and perfect for a family. Our 6 year old enjoyed getting to go swimming in the pool and the local community was really nice.

Internet and upstairs neighbor
The property was very clean, and the owner was very easy to communicate with. The only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t watch TV (at night when we we were in the condo) because the internet kept giving us errors and lastly we wanted to know WHO lived upstairs- sounded like they had cement feet stomping around at all hours of the night.The bed in the master was comfortable but I would add more regular pillows.The place was VERY clean though and convenient to Disney (which is one of the reasons we were there.

This property was wonderful and as advertised. We were in the area for college visits, but it was so convenient to Disney, we hopped over there for a day too. Mark was great at communicating and making sure we were enjoying our stay. Highly recommend!

Great place for the family. Well maintained, well supplied. Great hot water! Had everything we needed for a week Disney trip. Hosts were very communicative. Easy check in and check out. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable and so were the sheets. The main street it is off of has everything you need and is close to everything. Would definitely recommend.

Good location, comfortable stay
We rented this condo to be close to Disney where family were staying. It was about a 20 minute drive to the parks so that was convenient. The beds were comfortable and the location is in a quiet condo complex. It was close to many restaurants and a grocery store, but the complex is off of the busy road so you do not hear the traffic. It served out needs and my communication with the owner was excellent.

It was in a safe and good community. The house had all the basic things we needed and was clean. It was easy to communicate with the host. Only thing that I would have changed was the main bedroom mattress and pillows.

Just an fyi you need to buy your own tissues, toilet paper, shampoos, etc. Each bathroom was stocked with 1/2 roll toilet paper... otherwise loved the place...would come back again.

I was down to visit Disney for the first time with my daughter. We chose this location because the price was less than the Disney hotels. This place was a great location. It was close to restaurants and only 15 mins away from Disney sometimes with traffic. The unit was a 1st floor unit in a gated community. It was very clean and welcoming with decorations. Marc was quick with response when trying to figure out a few mechanics with the unit. Hopefully we will beable to stay again in the near future. Thank you.

Quiet Resort
Legacy Dunes is a very quiet resort. The resort amenities are excellent and the daily grooming of the grounds was fantastic. The unit is not as pictured. The furniture, drapes, shower curtains have all been replaced with less quality than shown. There is no area rug, just bare floors. We stayed for a month and decided it was like camping. Just enough provided to get by. Towels and linens are worn thin. Cooking utensils are ok but again preparing meals for our long stay was a challenge. If you just need a place to chill after a day at Disney and are only staying a week than you will love what the resort has to offer. They were putting in two new charcoal grills and two new picnic tables close to this unit the week before we were leaving. We definitely would have used these if they had been available during our stay.

Not as good as the first time we stayed.
Normally I don’t like to give any negative feedback but I feel like this time I am compelled to. We have stayed in this exact property last year and loved our stay. This time around I was not as happy as we were the first. Let me start off saying how the communication from mark was excellent and this was not his fault unfortunately I feel like the cleaners could have done a whole lot better of a job especially with the floors. There is a no shoe rule in the home which we respected bc I do not wear shoes in my own home I would not wear them in someone else’s. With this being said the condition of how dirty the floors were was disgusting, myself and my daughters feet were black after a few minutes or walking on them, my husband wore socks bc he was disgusted. I had to go out and buy a swiffer and spend almost an hour scrubbing the floors on our first day there, this was upsetting because I feel like for the cleaning fee this shouldn’t have even been an issue. I did contact mark and he said he can send the cleaners the next day but I declined because we had a park day and I did not want to wait around the house nor did I want to give access while we were not here. Even after all the cleaning I did the floors were still filthy. Again not his fault the cleaners should have done it. As for the rest of the unit the kitchen was great did what we needed, fridge was clean, appliances work all was good on that aspect. Overall I’m sadly disappointed this time around.

Second stay in Legacy Dunes, nice clean, peaceful 1st floor condo, great location, older but very quiet resort, as advertised, perfect for senior golfing couple. The gym was small but worked for us and the pool looked lovely. Would stay here again.
