Other Things to Note:
*Video surveillance may be on public property such as outside the home, the amenities, clubhouse and maintained by the HOA. There are additional security detail presence in neighborhood.
*AC and temps are controlled by management. It is left at a cool 71F : we are able to adjust it manually for you but it can not go lower than 70F in order to protect the HVAC system lines from freezing and breaking . We are happy to adjust it to any temperature above 70F for your comfort .
*Washer and dryer available without additional charges. Bring your own detergents and products.
*Home is professionally landscaped, pest control and maintained by a professional lawn care company. Please note that at times, they will be taking care of the yard/greenery, pool or spraying on property outside. Please don't be alarmed if they're in the yard during the scheduled times. Feel free to call us and confirm if you see their presence during the day.
*Pool is professionally maintained and conditioned. We will do maintenance weekly to the pool and hot tub. Please note that at times, they will be taking care of the yard/greenery, pool or spraying on property outside. Please don't be alarmed if they're in the yard during the scheduled times. *Heated pool is an additional $40/night and will only be functional if outside temperature is above 65F. The heat of pool will automatically hibernate if outside temperature goes below. It will automatically reheat once temps rises.
*Please be mindful and obey signs in neighborhood.
*This is a full time Airbnb and we do our best to maintain in between guests. Please note minor scratches on wall, small stains or issues on carpets, etc. does not deem the property dirty or uncleaned.

Emergency Situations: In case of an emergency outside our office hours, please contact us via phone. We have dedicated staff on call to handle urgent matters. Emergencies include situations such as fire, flood, severe leaks, or any other situations that require immediate attention for the safety and well-being of residents.
