Not for an extended stay
We did find many challenges. It seems that the owner is a bit on the cheap side and is looking to save money on utilities. Too many limits on the HVAC temp ranges and low wattage lightbulbs were annoying. Dim lighting made reading in the evening a challenge. If you spend time in the unit and like watching television you will be frustrated with the Roku TV device. The Wi-Fi is inconsistent and routinely drops, particularly in the bedrooms. Most of the time there is no reception which also impacts the Roku enabled TV. An extender or better located or new router might solve that issue. We contacted the management agent about this and never heard back. Bring your own pots and pans if you plan on cooking. The nonstick pans are so scratched that we did not feel they were safe to use. These should be replaced and the owner should provide more cooking utensils such as stirring spoons and spatulas. While the beds are comfortable the pillows are terrible. The window treatment in one bedroom does not close completely. There are some maintenance issues to point out. First the furnace was covered with dust and on the first day we asked the management agent to clean the furnace and install a new filter. This was done promptly. While the unit was clean, the cleaning service did not do a thorough job. The unit has tile and wood laminate flooring. Sust collects under dressers and other furniture; they could have done a better job prior to our occupancy.
