Exclusive Executive Disney Villa with Large Pool Deck

Just a stones throw from the major attractions of Disney, Universal and Sea World lies our wonderful family villa recently built in 2005. You will benefit from a superb villa with all modern appliances finished to the highest specification. Along with a family sized swimming pool with jacuzzi spa a large pool deck which provides some shaded dining area well furnished with loungers and comfy seating and dining table.

The gated community of Mission Park offers security and is just minutes away from the new development area of Cagan's Crossing offering a wide variety of shops and restaurants very close by. Whether you like to golf, shop till you drop or visit the parks we are in the ideal location.

Our fully fitted kitchen which is open plan opens into an informal dining nook with a serve over counter ideal for informal lunches and breakfasts all crockery and utensils are supplied. The laundry facilities are hidden away in a large closet just off the main kitchen area. All bed linen and towels are supplied.

Our separate formal dining room seats 6 and looks over the front of the villa the table extends to seat 8 comfortably. The family room opens out through patio doors onto the deck and pool area two comfy sofas one which can convert into a bed if required and casual seating and high quality furniture. Entertainment is provided by cable TV, DVD player Play station or just relaxing to music.

Our Master bedroom has a king size bed cable TV, large walk-in closet and an ensuite with jacuzzi bath.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed again cable tv and is furnished to a high standard, the twin rooms have 2 twin beds in each room all have cable tv. The Mission Park community provides a community pool and a children's playground a short walk away.

Family holiday
Villa was clean and extremely comfortable with really nice and interesting decor. Very spacious areas and everything you need for a family holiday. Pool and covered area next to it were well used with the grandkids loving the pool and the floats from the garage. And the adults loving the comfy loungers and the seats in the pool to cool down. The host Jessica was brilliant responding promptly to any questions and sorting out any issues.

This was our very first Family of 5 vacation to Disney. We wanted it all for this trip and this Villa nor Disney owes us anything! This Villa/Home was beautiful. Plenty of rooms, plenty of space, beautiful back deck and pools. My children swam in the pool every single day of vacation. It simply doesn’t get any better than this beautiful home. Private gated community, friendly neighborhood and never a fear/worry of being in an unsafe area. Thank you to the Owners from the bottom of my heart for offering this beautiful home. I will never say it out loud, but I think my children ‘may’ have preferred/enjoyed the Villa MORE than Magic Kingdom.

Hot tub is not a hot tub it will not get warm.
We booked this property over a year ago and when booking this property, I specifically looked for a place with a hot tub and it did have it listed as a hot tub. When we arrived, the property manager communicated very well. And the house itself was pretty clean. The beds are comfortable. We did pay the extra to have the hot tub and pool heated but neither of them got very warm at all. When I contacted the property manager, she explained to me that the hottest the hot tub would get would be 80°.

Great house. But....
The house is beautiful, but not clean. The bathrooms had pee on the toilets seats. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful. But, the hot tub isn't a hot tub. The pool is nice, but not heated. And the whirlpool tub in the master suite hasn't been cleaned at all. I was excited to come to this home for my birthday, 3 days before Christmas, but not one decoration was up. I got in the whirlpool tub hoping for a nice soak, boy was I wrong. There wasn't enough hot water to fill the tub and once the water drained, I was shocked to see all the black stuff that came out of the jets. Overall it's OK.

Great getaway!
Loved our stay! The house and pool were spotless, the mangement very responsive and accomodating. Will definately stay there again. Only "issue" we had was a little difficulty getting our child's wheelchair into the bedroom (awkward angle for a wheelchair) but we made it work. Only suggestion is an outdoor patio heater for chilly nights.

Overall the property was excellent for our needs. We were in town for a cheerleading competition at ESPN Wide World of Sports complex. The location is perfect for Disney activities a 30 min commute to the Disney complex. The house has everything you needed. Close to a grocery store and Walmart and gas stations. We had our parents who are in their late 60’s with minor mobility issues and the property was perfect. Would stay there again if in the area

We booked this home last year, thinking we were having a family trip. Unfortunately only my husband and I were able to get away. The home is beautifully appointed with comfortable furniture and beds. FYI the code to enter this gated community works effective at 4pm. So if you arrive at 330 like we did, you cannot get in until 4pm. Jessica the property manager was prompt in responding all our questions and needs. We highly recommend this home and have already booked another stay.

I loved it the house is big , clean, everything available. Just that the matresses from all beds need to be updated. A very good topper would make it happen to all beds. i was having back aches and my daughter as well. My bed has to be very comfortable also pillows as well where ever i go. Communicating with the host was amazing she answered right away my kids were happy about that too. The pool we couldn’t used it due that we didn’t know we had to pay extra to be heated but it’s ok the price was good. If we would’ve know about the extra feed for the pool to be heated we would’ve pay it but, it was too late. The pool was clean backyard as well clean line good. Thank you To Jess. The host she was amazing she went to guide us with the shower as well nothing was wrong with it just that we couldn’t find how to use the shower head lol. Everything was near loved it. Great location in central Florida.
Not too close! Enjoyed the quiet, but close enough for Disney, Orlando, Boggy Creek Airboat Ride and gators, Tree hoppers Zip-lining Adventures, Crystal River State Park and manatee watching, and white beaches. The house is very comfortably furnished. The jacuzzi was great, just wish I had understood I needed to specify to turn on the heater "pre". The cleanliness was good.

Great stay a few tiny little disappointments
Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed staying at this villa and yes would probably stay here again. But unfortunately there was a few little disappointments. When we arrived at the villa it had been cleaned and tidy but there was a used half bottle of water left on the side table next to the sofa. Also the electric recliner sofas where broken and foot rests where left in the up position in which could not be moved due to it being broken so was a little difficult to seat down and get up from the sofa. And also none of the tvs in the bedrooms were not working at first we managed to get them all working eventually except for one bedroom as the digital box kept saying error the problem was all the remote controls about 18 remote controls in total where all mixed up and all left in the living room so it was a case if trying to find which remote control went with each device. Also outside in the pool area this was left very untidy and messy and Clearly not been tided up and also some areas of the pool netting had been ripped. We reported all these issues on our 1st and day and the only thing that got repaired was the pool netting but not until our 12th day of our holiday. also on the 12th day of our holiday the pool had stated to go green and dirty in which we reported and this got sorted within hours on the same day. But it said in there welcome pack the pool gets cleaned once a week this was not the case and did not get cleaned at all during our 2 week vacation except for the time we reported this on our 12th day of our holiday. But as said apart from these little disappointments overall we had a nice time the villa was spacious and overall tidy I would say the cleaning is not the greatest. But would stay again in ideal location close to shops and restaurants and about 20-30 mins from Disney.
