The whole home is themed for your Disney and Universal Studios enjoyment. Step out into our relaxing screened-in lanai and enjoy the pool and lounge area. While enjoying the beautiful Florida weather, cook up a feast with the grill and enjoy eating outside in our outdoor dining area.

Take a relaxing stroll around our gated community. Enjoy in-home entertainment when you walk into the game room featuring a 75” TV with XBox, seating area with table to play board and card games, putting green, and cornhole.

We have you covered when traveling with little children. Our home has a jogging stroller, folding wagon, pack n’ play, and high chair all available for your use.

Guest have full access to the property, door code will be provided on the check in date. Association Club House offers a Pool area, work out facility, seating and reading areas for guest enjoyment

Sometimes of the year the pool might get a little cooler than you like. Please let us know if you will require our pool heating service for an additional $35/day(Minimum for 3 days).

KINDLY NOTIFY US AND MAKE PAYMENT AT LEAST 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR CHECK-IN IF YOU WILL REQUIRE OUR POOL HEATING SERVICE. AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $25 WILL APPLY IF REQUESTED LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN.
We understand pets are an important part of the family.
Dogs are allowed upon host confirmation and the fee is $150/pet per stay
Maximum 2 dogs allowed.
The host's confirmation will be based on information about the breed. Large breeds are restricted to one dog. Guests with small breeds will be allowed a maximum of two dogs.

All dogs must be caged when left by themselves. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture or beds.
Please be informed that cats are not allowed

There is a propane grill available, it will have an extra charge of $78.75 which includes a propane tank and the cleaning. If you prefer to bring your own propane tank, it would only be $42 for the extra cleaning.
