We had expected a bus from the airport to the hotel, as well as a bus from the hotel to the parks. I caught and killed a cockroach in our room. Ugh. I requested fresh bedding for the sofa bed, after the bug incident, at the front desk. I had to ask two more times for fresh bedding. When it arrived it was only sheets, no fresh pillowcases or blanket. The maid (s) took away all the ceramic and paper cups and didn't replace them. We requested those twice also. The handle on the shower was so stiff we had trouble turning it. The toilet refused to flush/go down, the guy came and plunged it. Later, it overflowed onto the floor. Great. The evening snacks were adequate. The free bar's wine selection limited. The morning omelet guys were amazing! Quick, efficient, cordial. Wish the bagels and toaster stuff had been by the other breakfast foods. Wish there had been more pastry and gluten free bread. The Micky Mouse waffles were wonderful.

I have stayed at this hotel over 25 times in the past 6 years. I stay here almost exclusively every time I visit Disney which is quite often. Both my family and I love staying here. It has everything you could ask for in a hotel; a courteous and accomodating staff, a clean safe environment, entertainment for children breakfast and snacks, its no more than 10 minutes from Disney, good food, a great pool etc. I can't say enough good things about the Embassy Suites. I can only say that I can't wait for my next visit.

The property, house keeping, from desk all is good. We also enjoyed the NYE celebration. I take away the 2 stars because 1) the break fast options are the same everyday. We stayed 4/5 days, by the last day the kids were bored of the breakfast. On Some days, some items were missing from break fast 2) Parking is expensive considering you are already paying a high hotel charge. I was told later that parking charge is mentioned at many areas on the property but I never saw even one sign about parking charge. Expedia should also mention clearly that parking is available on a charge

I'm sorry to say that this location is very old and not maintained well. The rooms are very dirty and the washroom's do not have exhaust fans and overall are nasty.. You just feel dirty staying here, and I am not just trying to hate on the place for no reason. The breakfast was mediocre, not really that pleasant. The staff were friendly but that doesn't make up for the quality of the rooms. The other negative reviews on expedia are pretty spot on. Even if you get a very low rate I wouldn't bother with this hotel.

BUGS !! Didn’t expect so many bugs (some black tiny ones) in such a reputed , expensive resort . My family suffered bad bug bites and we have been to urgent care . Our vacation got disturbed. I observed windows are not clean. Couple of good things are Management changed our room after being notified about bugs and food was good .
