This three-story home is the perfect accommodation for group of friends, families or corporate travelers. Each floor ensures privacy and comfort for all who stay. One of its many highlights is the wonderful second story accommodations. The living room area features two ultra comfortable couches, a large flat screen T.V., a Wii console and games. High speed wireless internet, cable and nationwide calling included. The large dining room table has seating for six. The fully equipped, modern kitchen with an oven, a microwave oven, a coffee maker and a toaster, among other things, will make meal preparation and entertaining a pleasure while the dishwasher will make cleaning up a breeze. A half bathroom is located on the second floor as well.

We are thrilled for the new renovations Vista Cay is working on this year. After 18 years our main pool is being renovated but not to worry, guests are more than welcome to join us at the New Isles Pool & Bar, which are now fully open. We realize that this closure of a main resort amenity will be inconvenient for our guests however it is necessary. We plan on keeping the Clubhouse lobby, game room, and fitness center open, however there may be temporary closures as needed for safety. While Verity works on the remodel, the Board is also utilizing this down time to replace the Clubhouse roof. The renovations will start on September 13, 2024 till the end of February, 2025.

The Clubhouse pool will be receiving the following upgrades and renovations:

Resurfacing and removing the leaking infinity edge of the Clubhouse pool.
New deck pavers and design.
Expanding the deck space to the maximum allowed with our existing land and setbacks.
Expanding the size and capacity of the hot tub.
New children’s water play feature.
New, upgraded deck furniture.

How do I get directions and check in instructions? Prior to arrival, you will receive directions, gate codes, a keyless access code for the unit, and other pertinent information about your stay. What do I need to bring? We provide you with a fully furnished unit. Our gourmet kitchen is equipped to accommodate meal preparation and storage. We provide linens, towels, beach towels and a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish washing soap, sponge and dishwasher tabs. Any additional items not included above, food, drinks and any personal items will need to be purchased or brought along with you. A large supermarket is located minutes away.
