Disney Vacation
This was an amazing place to stay. It had everything we needed and was just a short trip to Disney. It even had entertainment for the kids in our rest days (we used the pool and splash pad that never seemed too crowded).

Wonderful Disney Vacation
We had a family of six. The property was everything we had hoped for. The pool and waterpark area was wonderful. We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo but it had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Great condo! We loved that there was so much space to spread out. The communication with the host was amazing. He sent detailed info that was easy to follow and accurate. Great gated community that was very close to Disney.

Our stay was fantastic. The property owner was very responsive to questions and had everything set for us to arrive. The rental was clean and very homey. We had a great week! We were close to theme parks and enjoyed the amenities that the rental offered. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Great Stay
Communication with owner was excellent. Location of property was perfect. 15 min from all the parks and Disney Springs. Set up was nice and clean. Just a heads up, Very low water pressure in both showers, and the shower with the minion shower curtain had a very loud noise while in use, Other than that, everything was as expected! Would definitely book again!

Great time!
The location of the condo to the club house was amazing! It was a quick walk that we didn’t mind taking. The condo was specious for the six of us. My parents stayed in the king room with the private bath, which my husband and I took the king room closest to the kids room. My kids loves the kids room and the two of them claimed a bunk each calling it their fort. We really enjoyed having the full kitchen. Lyft and Walmart delivery were super easy to use! Definitely would stay again! The drive to Universal Resorts was about 30 minutes, which wasn’t bad. Disney was closer. Overall, really liked our stay.

Nice Resort but Condo needs updating and cleaning
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills- the amenities including the pool were well maintained and our little one enjoyed the splash pad (the water in the splash pad was freezing for the adults supervising, however the pool was warm). Regarding the condo- Pros: - Location was great and convenient to nearby attractions - Host was responsive - Kitchen was well equipped - Good security staff at Windsor Hills - Elevators and grounds were clean Cons: - Cleanliness of condo ( thick dust on ceiling fans, crumbs in the sofa, dirt/ dust) - couldn’t put a/c under 70 would have preferred colder and couldn’t turn on fans due to dust - beds uncomfortable - bunkbed wasn’t properly assembled, bars not properly attached, we didn’t use it but it could have been dangerous - Needs updating- wallpaper peeling, furniture old -Musty smell - poor water pressure in the showers - No dressers in two of the bedrooms to unpack clothes

Condo problems
Condo didn’t appear very clean and there were a couple thing wrong with condo which we informed the host right away. Towels were wet when we arrived not sure if they were clean. Shower handle fell off shower. Hard time making sure the condo locked. Door handle appeared loose.

The host was impossible to work with when a hurricane derailed our plans
We booked the property for a trip Disney with high hopes. 1 week before our trip was to start a tropical storm formed in the Gulf of Mexico. 2 days later I reached out to the host and shared my concern that the storm, hurricanes Milton, was now a category 2. The host reassured us that it was no big deal and that we could cancel our booking, but to wait. A few short hours later the storm moved to a cat 4 and then a cat 5 storm. We made a hard decision to our kids dismay move our trip. The local and state officials were telling people to evacuate, Disney closed and the airport closed. I reached back out to the host to ask him to cancel the booking so we could be refunded and he refused. He said he had no need to and the property would be ready after the storm passes. I then spent hours trying to work with VRBO and had the complaints escalated as the host would not work with us. The host reached out the day before the trip was supposed to start to share they were going to reopen the airport that day. I explained to him again that we had canceled our other accommodations and were not coming. He shared at that time “the best he could do was give me half my money back.” The trip has now passed and we still have not received a refund from the host and the communication with VRBO has been silent. We have rented many properties and have Never experienced anything like this. There are plenty of other hosts in this same complex and in the area. I would book with them instead

Good stay needs some tlc
We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was amazing and the kids loved the main area. The confo itself was much more spacious than a hotel would be and half the cost. The only thing thar i would say it that the condo needs to be fixed and maintained a little better. Things like, chipping paint on the walls, images peeling off the walls, holes in the screen outside, makeshift bed frame, broken blinds, and floss be used as a fan pull were things that we were not impressed with. Would stay on the property again but would probably stay in a different unit.

Great location to Disney
We had a great stay, with easy 10-15 minute drives to Disney. The pool area is amazing and perfect for little kids! There is no shuttle or taxi, when you call the main office they just tell you no such thing exists. So you have to use Uber or Lyft. There are many restaurants nearby as well. The second day we were there it rained, and the patio stayed flooded for the rest of our trip, there was no way for it to drain so we couldn’t use it. That’s really the only complaint we would have, otherwise it was great!

You get more than fun at the parks
I live in Vegas, so it’s not easy to bet the entertainment capital of the US. Just walking into this home made you want to relax and forget about the parks that are so close. We bought annual passes to Universal Studios but only spent one day there. Cause there seamed to be more stress free things to do here. Spent hours by the pool with the kids, enjoyed the thunderstorms and light show from the balcony. Even the kids wanted to lay around the house and the pool all day. Love this place so much I might have to buy a property like this. Thanks Fang you have a beautiful house.

Nice place for a family
Overall the unit is pretty nice. It would be nice if basic things were provided (extra towels, toilet paper, etc). Walmart is close and walkable. If you’re hoping for a great shower when you get back, don’t. There’s no water pressure, but at least it’s hot. Easy Lyft trip to Disney. There is a shuttle listed on the amenities. THERE IS NO SHUTTLE BUS. It is a taxi service. Just use Lyft.

Fantasic Location
Our stay was great. There was a few issues with cleanliness, but I decided to take care of that on my own. When I mesaged Fang, he was very responsive and offered to bring in new bedding. Which arrived while we were not there, so that was a bit concerning. The size and location of the condo was perfect! Beds were comfy enough (the bunk room was a bit squeaky, and not super comfy, but a great size), overall our stay was rather comfortable. There was a brand new coffee maker and toaster and the condo had all the necessary things for day-to-day life, including enough towles for all 8 of us! The washer and dryer worked well and we only used the stand up shower, but didnt have an issue with water pressure in there. The pool area was top notch! Everyone had a great time. Would definitely stay at this resort again!

This unit is tired, dated and needs a lot of basic maintenance
From day one (of a month long rental) we requested that the shower, the washing machine, dryer, a towel rack and a trip hazard be repaired. Only the dryer was repaired and the rest remained unrepaired. Staff sent to do the work came unprepared and promised to return but never did The washer had terrible banging even with small loads and staff witnessed the issue but management claimed no responsibility Only the ensuite shower worked and handyman was promised but never arrived.to fix the main bath. We had 6 adults and 2 children The transition piece between the kitchen and living room floor was loose and presented a safety issue but was never fixed Generally the unit is tired and needs work Windsor Hills on the other hand is a great place for families and allows easy access to Disney, Golf and other attractions. It has a great pool and activities for everyone. You should just try another unit

Group trip
We had picked Windsor because of the accommodations for our large family. Communication was amazing. For the amount of time we spent In the room it suited all of our needs. The kitchen was full with every option needed for cooking (we made very meal breakfast lunch and dinner for 8 days) the only thing I would have liked to seem was a large casserole dish but we made the one work. The master bathroom was perfect however the other shower water pressure seemed to be non existent or broken. So everyone just showered in the master. The only real complain I had was the club house manager, was cussing at my children one evening and other kids in a group of families we knew who all chose to stay at Windsor together. There was an issue with ANOTHER group and the club house manager took out on us and more notably our kids. This was reported. I will stay again, but hopefully that woman has found a job more suitable for her.

Nice pool area but room is rather worn
The good parts of the stay: easy communication with the host, amazing pool area- my almost 3 year old LOVED the splash pad! The lunch at poolside was reasonably priced and good. There was a DJ at the pool which was a lot of fun. The location was ok- not too far from the parks. The apartment was spacious. Priced well for the amount of people you can sleep there. No resort fee and free parking. The not so great parts of the stay- The check-in process at the front gate was insane- it took us about 30 mins to go through the line in a ride share, but the next day the line was easily double and I imagine would have taken an hour to get in the property. The apartment itself was very worn- you can tell it sees a lot of traffic (chipped paint, peeling flooring, etc.) The cleaning could also have been a bit better- there were stray hairs around the bathroom from the previous tenets and dried up fruit loops in the bedroom. All in all- if you want to sleep a lot of people, hang out at a nice pool, and not spend much time in the actual apartment, I’d recommend it for the price. If you are planning on coming and going a lot or spending significant time inside of a vacation rental, I’d probably look elsewhere.

Upon arrival we walked in the condo had a weird odor. The floors were really slippery like the wrong cleaner was used. The wall in the living room was COVERED in dust. Mixed matched paint across the whole condo. Towels stunk so bad (they really need to be replaced). In children's room missing half of the outlet which is very dangerous for the children's room. Water pressure out of the ALL sinks was horrible. Kids bathroom shower- there was no water pressure and started making a very loud noise. The bunkbeds were held together with duct tape and the top bunk spindles are being bent in like there's too much weight up top, afraid anyone would fall through. We had to move the couch to retrieve a toy. We found socks, shirts, candy and dirt like it hasn't been cleaned ever. This booking needs a complete update. I could go on, but I think this sums it up.
