This bright, two-story home will be just the place to bring your whole family for an unforgettable vacation to Davenport! Delight yourself with its prime location only 12 miles from Disney World and all of its fantastic attractions and parks. You are also close to great dining options, convenience stores, and a supermarket, which is quite convenient if you ever feel like dining in. Other great attractions you must visit include Disney's Animal Kingdom, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Epcot, and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon. A short 23-mile drive will take you to Universal Studios.

This home enjoys a fantastic outdoor area with a screened outdoor pool with a built-in pool spa where you can relax and forget about everything else. The pool features a safety fence, making it safe for the littlest members of your family. The poolside patio provides you with an inviting spot to lounge while the gas grill allows you to surprise your guests with delicious grilled treats.

Upon entry, you will discover a pristine open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room into one entertaining place. The kitchen is open and has been appointed with modern stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Prepare delicious feasts that you all can later enjoy at the adjoining dining table. And when mealtime is over, you can retreat to the welcoming living room, featuring comfy sofas and a huge TV. If that's not entertaining enough and you don't feel like going to the pool just yet, make sure to stop by the home's game room, which offers a pool table, an arcade machine, and a basketball game. This level also hosts a primary suite with a TV, an en suite bath with a regular shower and a separate soaking tub, and access to the back patio through the bathroom.

Upstairs, discover a welcoming family room with a multi-game table. On this floor, you will find five additional bedrooms. There is a second primary suite with a TV and an en suite bathroom, a Star Wars-themed bedroom, and a Moana-themed bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs and central air.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
