While staying here for just one night it left a lasting impression on me to never book here again. From the beginning I was greated with unprofessional service to be given my room which was very loud have hearing the elevator go up and down, to hearing my next door neighbor yelling all night just a horrible experience for me! I will not be back period!

The two peeps at check-in sorry I did not get y'all's names, man and woman was Awesome. The gentleman that took my order for my food I Think his name was Emilio I could be wrong. Amazing staff throughout the hotel, very friendly and excellent customer service. Now for the room itself. Yes it does need to be updated the headboards was scratched up, the bathtub is old, and the carpeting needs a good shampoo. I would just have no carpet put in a floor that's easy to clean, however overall it is kept clean with a vacuum and the bed was comfy. Would stay again because of the customer service and the convenience. Stay Cool Y'all 🙏

Everything was great except for the fact you can hear everything from the room next door, so it was very hard to sleep with that noise. Other than that the hotel was in very good conditions and clean. It looks even better than the pictures.

Not happy that there is a separate price for parking; haven't run into this in reservations with other hotel branches. You need to build the parking into your nightly fees. This is a very convenient hotel to Disney so it will be used but would be used more if people did not have to pay parking for a place they have already paid to stay. Because of the nightly cost, I will certainly stay here and recommend it to family and friends because of the price and the amenities. Breakfast should not be a straight fee for the eat as much as you want bar; most of us do not want that much food early in the morning; another drawback for me.

Only issue I would say 20.00 parking a day is ALOT there is absolutely no reason for it other than a money grab. Other than that no issue with the hotel. However I problay will never stay there again due to the parking charge.

The property looks clean. However, upon entering our room, there was a musty smell. There were unknown white streaks on the bench and on the ironing board. There were ants on the desk. And the worst thing is when I turned on the bathroom light in the middle of the night, I saw a roach scurry across the sink and run under the edge. And while washing my hands, a roach crawled up the wall and disappeared behind the framed picture over the toilet. After that, we left all the lights on for the rest of the night. Luckily, we kept all of our suitcases and bags closed, hoping that none crawled into our belongings. We shook and carefully examined each piece of clothing that we had hung up in the closet before putting them on or packing them. Those roaches and ants really put a damper on our stay. It was nice to be able to park along the curb in front of the main entrance. A nice touch would be to have a dispenser of ice water and cups in the lobby.
