If you are looking for a luxurious and spacious vacation home in the Orlando suburbs, you have found it. Located in the popular Aviana gated resort, this 6-bedroom villa is as good as it gets. This 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa is perfect for large groups and families who want to enjoy the best of Orlando. You will love the 40ft by 15ft extra large covered patio by the pool. No one is left in the sun! There are plenty of chairs and loungers!

Set to a high standard throughout, this lovingly decorated home offers a private pool and spa overlooking a conservation area. With two downstairs living rooms, a dining room, breakfast table and large master ensuite, the villa is wonderfully spacious and offers a games room to keep all guests happy and busy in their private spaces! The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials to help vacation cooking. Pots and pans, as well as an abundance of cutlery and dishware means the family can eat together!

Bedroom arrangements are: Downstairs King master with ensuite.

Upstairs: King master with ensuite, two Queens with ensuite, two twins share hallway full bathroom.

Aviana Resort is close to the major highways and within comfortable driving distance of Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and outlet shopping malls. Grocery shopping is 2 mins away.
