All spaces have been fully renovated and styled with a modern look and have everything you need to make you feel at home and have a pleasant stay.
* MASTER BEDROOM *
Very spacious with a king bed has a closet space with hangers, and a smartTV. There is also extra storage space available in the dresser if you need it. You can relax while you enjoy a pool view as the windows face directly to the outdoor area.
There is also a private bathroom with shower, which includes a hair dryer, toiletries and towels. You can also find a first aid kit for your convenience.
The master bathroom has also a private exit to the pool area.
* SECOND BEDROOM *
Right at the other side of the house, it has a queen bed with a closet space with hangers, and it's located next to the third bedroom. Both of them share the second bathroom.
The second bathroom has a bathtub and shower.
* THIRD BEDROOM *
It has a bunk bed with a closet space with hangers. There's also a dresser for extra storage space if you need it. This bedroom shares the bathroom with the second bedroom.
* LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN & DINING AREA *
This is an open concept space where the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors stand out by giving you nice views of the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all basic appliances, as well as everything you need such as silverware, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, bowls, cups, tupperware. It has a two sided refrigerator, microwave, a gas stove and oven, and a dishwasher.
It has a very long nice kitchen bar where you can have a quick breakfast on the bar top seating stools.
The dining and living room are in front of each other along the open space. The dining room includes a long table with 6 chairs. If you are a coffee lover, you will love our little nice coffee station with a Keurig coffee machine.
The living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa, which if need it, converts to a full bed. You can seat all together and watch TV or If you want to spend a night just relaxing and without screens you could also find some boardgames.
* POOL *
You can have access to the pool and patio area directly from the dining/kitchen area, or also from the private exit from the master bathroom.
You can enjoy dining outside also as it includes a dining table with 4 chairs. The pool and patio are completely screened. Outside the screen there's a small grass area if you want to play or just have a walk.
*LAUNDRY & GARAGE*
House includes a 2 car garage, where you can also find a washer and dryer for your convenience.
