It's a spacious one-bedroom, two-full-bath condominium near Disney theme park (2 miles away) and other theme parks, near multiple shopping centers, Our condo provides a beautiful view of Lake Bryan at the Blue Heron Beach Resort. It is two blocks off of I4 at the Main Lake Buena Vista exit. This condo provides a gym, tiki bar, jet skiing, free parking, free Wi-Fi and many more. Located on the 11th floor with its own private balcony overlooking the pool and the mesmerizing scenery. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6. This is a family-oriented resort.

The condo is just perfect. Very comfortable and very clean. It is lovely and had a stunning view from the balcony. It was very easy to communicate with the owner who was extremely prompt in answering our questions prior to our visit.. 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect for what we needed
We needed a close to the parks home-base for a couple days. It was great for my family of 5. The 2 bathrooms and laundry makes it a hundred times better than a hotel room. The view and pool were impressive too. Would stay here again.

My stay was an exceptional experience! The host was kind and responded quickly to my questions. Check in process was was smooth. The condo had beautiful views. This was my first time visiting Disney theme parks the condo was only 5 minutes away and next to premium outlets, restaurants and more very convenient location. The view from the condo was beautiful and the condo was clean and just like the pictures beds were very comfortable and amenities were nice. We will definitely be booking again. I had a wonderful birthday vacation

Great Location
This was a great condo for our family of 5. We had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable and plenty of beds for 2 adults and 3 children. Easy access to Disney as well. We were there for a LAX tournament at Champions Gate and it was a quick 20 Monroe to that as well. Pool was peaceful and on a lake which was a nice view. You are able to watch the fireworks and drone show at Disney Springs from the balcony as well - very cool! The only cons I would say was the main bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the house and one of the bathrooms could have been slightly more clean. But overall, it was great and we would stay here again.

Condo was clean everything we needed was there. New furniture two large TVS huge bed plus two bunk beds and a pull out. We were there for two months.Host was great Thanks I might add washer Dryer and kitchen appliances were all new.

Very nice for a night....or a week
We needed a place to spend the night after "drinking around the world' for my daughter's 21st birthday. Disney is stupid expensive.....so staying at a resort for one night was out of the question. This place was 5 min away and PERFECT! Clean, great view, comfortable...just perfect. If we were a Disney family....this would be a great place to stay to come and enjoy the parks for a few days...and not break the bank. Plenty of room for a family of 4 to 6. Thanks so much for being an affordable option for an increasingly more unaffordable place.

What a Gem
This was our 4th stay at the Blue Heron Beach Resort and I must say has been the best yet! We love the property for location and their wonderful pool. Thus unit is totally redone and really feels like a home away from home. The host was very responsive with any concerns or questions we had and answered promptly. We will definitely be planning tent this unit again ! Highly recommend.. Our stay was 10 days from Nov 3 to the 13th.

Wonderful stay!
We had a great stay at this location. Clean, comfortable, excellent location for Disney, shopping, groceries, etc. Pool is fantastic and enjoyed by kids and adults alike. The view of the lake was great to take in on the balcony with morning coffee! Couldnā€™t have asked for more really. We decided to extend our stay by a few nights and had no issue at all. Owner was great and easy to deal with. Highly recommend! Thanks!
