Driving Directions:
Interstate Access: The property is conveniently located near Interstate 4 (I-4), which is a major highway running through Central Florida. Depending on your direction of travel, you can access I-4 to reach various destinations easily.
Walt Disney World: If you're planning to visit Walt Disney World, it's a short drive from 210 Vista Loop. Simply connect to US-192 East, which will lead you to the Disney theme parks. The drive typically takes around 15-20 minutes.
Local Dining and Shopping: To explore nearby dining options and shopping centers, you can use US-192, which is a well-traveled road in the area. You'll find a variety of restaurants and stores along this route.
Grocery Stores: For grocery shopping, there are several supermarkets in the vicinity. You can head to the Publix Super Market at Champions Gate or other grocery stores, which are just a short drive away.
Public Transportation: While public transportation options in Davenport may be limited, you can check for local bus routes or consider using ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft for convenient transportation within the area.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site
• If you would like the pool heated, there is a $40/night fee for pool heat
• No smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected.
• No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected
• We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident

• Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels).
• Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.
• If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older.
• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
• Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
