Casa Bella offers new fixtures and equipment . A double car garage . 3 King size master bedrooms with their own full bathrooms & one bedroom with two twin beds next to the full bathroom at the hallway plus a movie room equipped with a sofa bed. The huge kitchen area is ideal for preparing a perfect meal or just to relax in the kitchen area having breakfast overlooking the pool area. Dog friendly , no cats . Pet fee required.

Perfect Little Getaway
The property was amazing. Super clean and stocked with everything you would need. We came down from Maine to attend our niece's high school graduation and could not be happier with the place. Spacious, clean, and only minutes away from stores and restaurants. Would definitely book again on our next visit.

Great home and pool. Three king bedroom suites for adults plus a great kids bedroom. Kitchen is well equipped to cook for a crowd. Well stocked with towels and toys.

Very nice and comfortable for a large group gathering. All the rooms were very comfortable. 3 bedrooms had there own bathroom. Easy location, beautiful backyard, walkable neighborhood. Publix very close.

Fantastic Family Home! Great for Entertaining
Our family - grandparents, parents, and siblings, had the pleasure of staying at Casa Bella for our daughter's college graduation from Rollins. Casa Bella was a perfect fit given we all had our own bedrooms, many with ensuites, great wifi, the pool, and the open floor plan made for a wonderful area to gather with friends.

GREAT family home!
In town for a wedding in next door Winter Park, we had three adult couples and a four year old thoroughly enjoy this well maintained and spacious pool home. This property is amazing. It has everything you need and more. It was perfect for a big family get together. The owners have thought of pretty much anything you would need for a large get together. The PERFECT home!
The amenities at this property far surpassed any we have ever encountered at a vacation rental! The space was perfect for a large family gathering: a BR and bath for everyone, a TV in each room and a beautiful pool for all to enjoy. The home was the ideal place to host our son's rehearsal dinner for 25!

This was our second stay at Casa Bella. We stayed for two weeks. Juan is an amazing host and this property is so nice and well equipped that it feels like coming home. We spent most of our time in the wonderful outdoor space, swimming in the best pool ever and lounging around reading books. The home is close to everything we wanted to do in Winter Park which I think is the best town in Central Florida. I genuinely love this place and can’t wait to stay here again.
