Nice house but with a handful of issues
House was very fun for the kids but there were some notable issues that took away from our stay
1. Almost no hot water for the shower . I had to take room temperature or cold showers often. It took very long for the water to get hot and it didn’t last long - got cold fairly quickly.
2. To make matters worse, the shower pressure was terrible.
3. The Wi-Fi didn’t work the entirety of our stay. We complained but it couldn’t be fixed.
4. Which meant the home theatre was completely useless, bc it operated via Wi-Fi. Part of the appeal of this house and why we paid extra to stay at this house vs others was bc it had a home theatre. But we couldn’t even use it because the Wi-Fi was out the entire time we were there.
5. We also paid extra for the pool to be heated, but it wasn’t. They were able to turn it on for the 3rd day we were there but I was never credited for the days I was charged and it didn’t work.
