Our Chatham Park villa is a 3 bed vacation rental ideally located off Highway 192 near to Medieval Times & Walmart and just minutes away from restaurants, parks, shops and golf courses

Chatham Park Resort is a well-maintained security guarded community consisting of a mix of vacation rentals and permanent residents. The small popular resort consists of 300 single family homes all privately owned and operated. Set on a natural lake, it offers fantastic conservation views and an abundance of wildlife including waterfowl, hawks, turtles and even the occasional gator. Resort facilities include gazebo, tennis/pickleball court, basketball, outside kids play area and large communal pool.

Our stunning villa has a private south facing heart shaped pool offering magnificent views over the lake and also boasts an in-built spa. The pool area has a fine mesh screening which prevents insects from spoiling your vacation but doesn't distract from the beautiful lake view. What could be nicer than enjoying the sun with a cold drink looking out over the lake and watching the local wildlife. The private deck also has a large covered dining area with outside light and fan to allow for dining al fresco. Luxury Palm Casuals outside furniture is provided along with a good selection of pool towels.

Patio table and chairs allow you to enjoy breakfasts and barbeques outside. A gas/propane bbq is available. Umbrellas are provided for shade and a pool hoop for entertainment. The patio has outside lights and the pool itself has multi-colour LED lighting. The patio door leading out to the pool area is alarmed for safety purposes. Pool/spa heating is available for an additional charge on request.

The master bedroom has a King size bed with beautiful white furniture. The bedside cabinets both have reading lamps. The 32" TV has a Roku streaming box with access to Spectrum cable TV, Disney +, Paramount +, Amazon Prime, Netflix plus many other apps. A Sony Playstation 3 provides access to plenty of games and Bluray movies. A ceiling fan offers additional relief on hot nights.

A large walk-in closet provides plenty of storage space and is where you find the installed safe which can be used to hold valuables. The luxurious tiled en-suite has a toilet, sink, large walk-in shower and includes accessories such as hair dryer & straighteners.

The large second bedroom has a Queen size bed and dark grey furniture. The room has a ceiling fan and bedside cabinets with a reading lamp. The 32" TV has a Roku streaming box with access to Spectrum cable TV, Disney +, Paramount +, Amazon Prime, Netflix plus many other apps. A Sony Playstation 3 provides access to games and Bluray movies.

The third bedroom has a Minions theme with a comfortable double and twin bunkbed ideal for all ages. The 32" TV has a Roku streaming box with access to Spectrum cable TV, Disney +, Paramount +, Amazon Prime, Netflix plus many other apps. For the kids there is a Nintendo Wii U games console, XBox and beanbag chairs.

The tiled bathroom has a toilet, sink, bath and shower and includes accessories like a hair dryer.

Due to its size there are two sitting areas within the villa. The tiled lounge area has a large comfortable corner sofa as well as a separate 2 seater. The 50" TV has a Spectrum cable box and a Roku streaming box with access to Disney +, Paramount +, Amazon Prime, Netflix plus many other apps. A Sony Playstation 3 and Nintendo Wii U provide access to plenty of games and the soundbar and sub-woofer offers cinema like sound for those wishing to watch movies. An Amazon Alexa provides music and radio. A SatNav/GPS is available to guests during their stay. Child alarmed patio doors lead out to the pool area.

The computer den has a comfortable 2 seater sofa for putting your feet up and relaxing. We also provide a desktop PC with high speed internet access, WiFi, webcam and printer. We offer free local, long distance and international calls to landlines. The dining area has a large table and chairs which can comfortably seat 6 people.

The kitchen is equipped with quartz worktops, custom made cupboards, cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The sink includes a waste disposal. Other appliances including George Foreman, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, milk frother, waffle maker, popcorn maker, lemonade maker and egg poacher. A second table and chairs allows for informal dining.

The garage has been converted into a games room with an 8 foot slate bed pool table, electronic darts & foosball. A conversion top allows the pool table to be quickly converted into a table tennis table. A washer & dryer are also located here

Linens and a wide selection of bath and pool towels are provided to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. A washer and dryer are available along with iron and ironing board.

As parents of children ourselves, infants and young children are well catered for with items such as high chair, buggy, cot, potty and baby bath.

Our home is fully licensed for short term rental and our local friendly management company are available to provide any necessary support during your stay.

Beautiful spacious home convenient to Disney
The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Would be perfect for a family spending a week or more in Orlando. Comfortable beds, lots of sitting areas, in a nice safe neighborhood. The only thing that was a smidge disappointing is that we didn't understand that a spa was not the same as a hot tub, so the spa was a bit chilly after a long day at the parks.

Overall impression of the home was excellent. Great area, very quiet, close to shopping and the location we needed to be. Only problem was the air worked but didnā€™t work. Had to use fans in every room because it was 85 degrees in the house.

Loved this home! Close to all the attractions, yet still private. We enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning while watching the wildlife. There IS an alligator in the lake, so beware. We also had a soft shell turtle visit us, as well as a lizard that we named Kissie. There are plenty of games, books, and TVs to keep the kids occupied on rainy days, but we were blessed with mostly sunny days on our stay. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa, as well. We will definitely return!

We loved our stay. It was a very quiet area and the house was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed, we had zero issues. The pool area was great and the heated pool was the best. We've stayed in many places in Orlando and this is one of the best.

The perfect spot.
Couldnā€™t ask for a better place to stay. Convenient to many amenities in the area, and all the theme parks. Enjoy the privacy of having a house to rent instead of a hotel room. My family and I go to Orlando every summer. This will be a new hotspot for us!

Nice place to stay. Both the management company and the owner was very quick to respond on any questions. Our only complaint was the pool was too cold for our kids the first two days but that was probably due to the colder weather and the pool was warmer later in the week. Would stay ther again.

Great Stay
This property was a great place to stay for our runDinsey weekend. With a - min commute to the parks even with traffic, we could get there easily but had a spacious place to come home and unwind. The pool and hot tub area were a treasure! After our race we relaxed in the peaceful patio area and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. All beds were comfortable and the master shower was fabulous. Fully equipped kitchen made it easy for snacks and meals.

I stayed at the property in early December for a 4-day business conference at Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) and 2-days with my niece and her daughter at Disney. Although I was not home a lot the house was beautiful and as advertised. The pool was heated and had them turn on the Spa. Used them a couple of times late night, well worth it. For billiard players there is an 8-foot slate billiard table in garage. House is close to OCCC, Disney and other attractions like Universal Studios. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again if ever in Orlando.

location is fantastic,
Location is fantastic, walking distance to the 192 and a short drive to the parks. We stayed for 2 weeks and apart from one night were it sounded like a concert was being held on the next estate it was fairly quiet and we felt safe. Cleanliness: At a quick glance the property looks clean and well maintained, look closely at ceiling fans and shower heads for example and you begin to notice that things are being missed from the cleaning schedule. Property condition and facilities: The air conditioning didnā€™t blow through any of the bedroom/bathroom vents which was a shame, the living area was cooler than outside temperature though. There are a selection of fans within the property that can be used to circulate the air.Pool: The pool itself was as expected, a broken sun lounger, some tired tables and very dirty floor in the patio area spoiled it but we worked around it. Communication with property manager:Queries were dealt with and resolved speedily especially considering the time difference.Accuracy of listing: Outdated photos, TVā€™s are listed as having access to Netflix etc but on some TVā€™s we were unable to access the services as there was no logon details/they werenā€™t part of Netflix household, No hair straighteners as listed.The formal lounge is listed/shown as having 2 sofas, but there is only one. The family room is listed as having a Wii, there is a Wii U in the 3rd bedroom but nothing in the family room which is a shame

I had no issues with the booking, accessing the property, or checking out. The property is close enough to Disney properties. I didnā€™t rent a car, but getting a rideshare was not difficult. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. The kitchen is stocked with appropriate dishes and cookware. I didnā€™t do anything fancy; just fried eggs, sausage, and hamburgers, but everything I needed was there. Sadly, the refrigerator / freezer lacks an ice maker. There is an Alexa unit which can be paired with a phone to act as a speaker. I was also able to use the TV to sign into my Amazon Prime Video account and play content (I signed out afterwards) I would stay in this property againā€¦ in a warmer month. My main issue was the house is cold. Despite a warning label about how the system will freeze if the temperature is below 74 degrees, the thermostat is locked into 72 degrees of heatā€¦ and only if you move to adjust it. In addition, the bedding on the master bed (which was nice and soft) lacked blankets. I found out the hard way the thermostat program drops it further overnight when I woke up to a cold house. Iā€™m not certain how the property management reconciles their position that they need a minimum of 74 degrees with their thermostat programs locking the heat to 72 degrees. I ended up going to Walmart to buy sweatpants to sleep in, and used one of the spare comforters to try to retain some heat. The pool and spa were also colder than Iā€™d hoped, even with paying for heat. Tip: the extra towels are behind the door of the second bathroom. It took me days to find as I was not using that bathroom.

My boyfriend and I wanted to do a long weekend getaway and selected this property for the reason of the pool, hot tub, grill, and spacious atmosphere. I am DISAPPOINTED to have to leave a bad review. This property is managed by a local company, and while the host did his best to communicate with us, the property managers were nowhere to be found or heard from. Their number listed for assistance did not even connect! You must know the cell phone signal by this home is non-existent; we barely had one bar (Verizon service) on our cell phone to pull up the app, or email for that matter, (where the check-in information was) so we could not unlock the property. We had to drive a few miles down the road, use hotel wifi, attempt to reach out to the host and get the check-in information, wifi information, etc. VERY FRUSTRATING! We finally entered the property and found a CLEAN, yet very outdated home where much did not work. For example, the coffee pot did not work; the computer provided could not turn on; one of the landline phones never got a signal, which was important to have considering we had no cellphone reception; certain outlets did not work; and the pretty renovated shower only stays hot for five minutes! The glamorous pool in the photo was replaced with the reality of a ripped screen pool cage and no center palm trees like shown in the OUTDATED PHOTOS. We appreciated the Netflix/smart TV and the game room in the garageā€¦ But we did not appreciate the grill out of propane after we requested it in working order prior to our arrival. We had to purchase our own propane to grill our steaks so they wouldnā€™t go bad. The host did offer to refund this, but the inconvenience of it felt unaccommodating and was extremely bothersome. Please know, this property does NOT have a HOT TUB, like falsely advertised. It is a spa section to the pool. We paid an extra $50 for the pool to be heated and found a barley warm pool. All in all, a disappointing stay with too much trouble. Not worth the money or the hassle.

Rough Experience/Avoid
We rented for 4 nights. First the good, location is nice and close to many things but in a tucked away neighborhood that is quiet. Now our experience, First the hot water typically did not work. We only had a hot shower 1 morning. This was reported to the property manager on the first morning and his response was it runs out very fast. I reported it another 3 times and there was no action taken but I was told he did not think that it was on a timer. The AC/heat system was a mess, we were getting AC running at Full blast no matter how cold it got at night. The whole system is controlled by a computer and the guest did not have access. I was told to try the override but it would only work for about 15 minutes and then go back to AC full blast. On day 3 they finally replaced the thermostat so we could have some normal termperatures. The pool was nice looking, but I was required to pay for heat on the pool in advance of arrival so that it could be turned on prior to arrival. It was not turned on when we arrived. I called the next morning after investigating and there was no response other than it should be working. ON day 2 they sent someone to change a filter which did not help and stil no pool heat. Day 3 they said they were overiding the system and it worked for about 4 hours. Day 4 we woke up and still no heat for the pool. Overall the condo is pretty dirty as there is a thick layer of dust/dirt on the ceiling fan blades so we were not willing to use those. There are about 15 bured out light bulbs or just missing throughout the property. Most faucets are in rough shape and overall the place looks like it has not been thouroghly cleaned in many years. In our many years and over 40 rentals on VRBO we have never had this poor of an experience. The owner did say they would refund the pool heating cost after my numerous complaints but felt no responsibility for the other issues. This still does not solve the fact that I paid extra to get a house with a pool and could not use it as water was below 68 degrees every day. I would caution anyone against this rental.as the only goal of the management company and owner is to make money and they do not care about your overall experience.

Perfect pool with everything you need
We've just got back from a week staying at this lovely villa. I've stayed at a few in Florida and the pool here is definitely the best. Thanks to the pool heating the water was lovely and warm and great to relax in after a day's shopping. Luckily for us the weather was excellent, but if it isn't they've catered for it with the games room in the garage and an assortment of games consoles, books, DVDs. Would definitely go back.

A great stay!
The property was very clean and had everything we needed! The beds were comfortable and bedrooms spacious. Our kids loved the game room. The pool and outdoor space were perfect- we had a really fun time just hanging out by the pool. We did one day at Disney while we were in town and it was a simple 20 minute drive. We also visited Disney Springs and it was only 20 minute drive as well. The owner was very responsive- we couldn't have asked for a better stay. It was a super fun trip and this property certainly helped in making it an awesome get-away. If we venture back to Orlando, we'll definitely be back!
