- If you need to modify your reservation, please do so through Booking. This includes adding extra days, adjusting check-in/check-out dates, or requesting any additional services. These requests should be made through the platform's specific section for changes.

- Check-in time is at 4 pm. If you'd like to request an early check-in, there is a fee of $60 starting from 2 pm and $90 starting from 12 pm. This request must also be made through the platform and is subject to availability, as we prioritize maintaining our cleaning schedule for the convenience of all guests.

- The same applies to check-out. Please ensure you depart by 10 am, as our cleaning team will be ready promptly at that time to prepare for the next guests. If you require a late check-out, kindly request this at least 24 hours in advance through the platform and complete the necessary process within Booking.

- In the event of any damage to the property during your stay, charges can be processed through the platform. We conduct a inspection after check-out, focusing on damaged bed linens, towels, furniture, and other significant items not covered in the reservation fee.
