Great place to stay
This was a great place to stay the property managers were so helpful with anything I needed. I recommend this place and I will definitely stay here again. Nice comfy beds nice game room.

Almost disaster
Everything started out great. Getting checked in was great finding the house was great the next morning everything went wrong .. water pipe broke.. flooded the house, took a little while to get in contact with anyone. When the guys arrived they where no help said it was a hard fix and couldn’t do it at that time. Manager said they had no where else to put us... so a night without water was in imaginable... so I went out brought everything I need to repair the sink fixed it to where we could have water through the night ... got the house back cleaned up as good as I could and realized the dishwasher do not work sink on one side was stopped up... so the next day a real plumber comes ....fixes the pipe properly... he was a very good person... never heard from the manager again... we made it through ...salvaged the last couple days as best as we could... overall... things break down... stuff happens... but it could have been handled a whole lot better...

Property was well worn.... Game room is a joke, 1 game was playable, pool table was so uneven the balls ran to one side..... Had to clean the bathrooms before they could be used.... Kitchen pots and pans were rusted or burnt .... Family room furniture was very uncomfortable.... Glad I lived within an hour so I could run home for things we needed to cook with including utensils (Pots & Pans-Can opener-knives-spatulas and turners) Stove top had to be cleaned before it could be used.....Bed lines were worn and pilled... Bedrooms televisions need to be updated.... no one has 24" tv's in this day and age--not one tv had an HDMI port,,, Upstairs master had no heat, even when thermostat was to heat .... Glad I lived within an hour so I could run home for things we needed to cook with including utensils (Pots and Pans, Can opener-knives-spatulas and turners) And finally--- one upstairs smoke detector had to be replaced, and 20 minutes later was going off again. Maintenance told me to unplug it. It was 2 days until anyone showed up... he never came back!!!

Renters be aware
Unfortunately our family did not have a good experience at this property. It was well below our standards. At first glance everything was in relatively decent condition however; the furnishings and decor are quite dated. The appliances were not in condition. The microwave is cracked and the handle is coming apart. The bathrooms needs to be updated as the rods were rusted. The family room couches are stained. The dinner table is falling apart and the spring on the chair scratched our 7 year old niece. We were aware that no paper goods would be provided but the initial supply was not provided. The televisions in the rooms were disappointing. The WiFi was not working upon arrival and we were inconvenienced for 2 days with no WiFi. The pool table was not balanced and dipped in the middle and only one cue was provided. I would recommend the property owners address the needed fixtures and repairs so that guests feel better accommodated. The property has potential but honestly needs TLC.

my first impression was beautiful, but once we stayed I probably would not stay in this house again.
The home was beautiful, but there was a lot of problems with the house. first the pool was not heated even though we paid for it to be heated. Second the AC in the house did not work, it was so hot in the house that I started to sweat in the house. Third the club house is not a 3 minute walk its a 8-10 minute walk. Fourth the dryer was not good we had to use it 3 times before all the cloths could be dry. Next the Fridge was leaking water and also the pool table was not balanced and there was only one stick. next the beds were kind of old and were not very comfortable to sleep in. The pots and pans were in such bad shape that some were almost unusable. And the last thing that really made me mad was that there was dead frogs in the pool when we got there. We had to pull out 3 dead frogs from the pool.

Be aware of certain problems.
First arrived and went inside. It is not what the picture shows. Glass vase broken and still on shelf in dinning room. Chairs to dinning table very old and wobbly. Found pans and pots not usable. Telfon skillets terribly scratched. Had a crock pot in cabinet and the glass insert in the island cabinet hidden behind pots...broken. Fridge not cooling properly. Repair man came and said it was fine. Wasn't. Pool table in garage had one cue stick and table was not level. Kitchen pantry door was pulling out of wall. Beds were not comfortable in any room. Very old. Sofa beds in family room old and broken. Was not clean and the vacuum did not work. I understand it is a house for investments but the thing that bothered me the most was the kitchen pots and pans. Spent $100 dollars to buy pots and pans that I did not need. The house was roomy for my family.
