Great time!
We had a wonderful time during our stay here. The kids loved the themed bedrooms, arcade room and swimming in the pool. The retreat club house is close enough to walk to. We all had a great time!

Pictures definitely do the property justice. The community pools and slides were a blast. Quite neighborhood. Great communication. My only criticism was that there was not enough garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper provided.

The booking was easy and the property manager was highly professional. Directions for checking in were the best I’ve had booking with VRBO. The house was great! Great vacation home for a group
Our stay at this home was impeccable. Everything was exactly as advertised in the photos (unlike some other VRBOs in Orlando we have stayed at in the past) and the home was in great condition. We were so impressed with the quality of the arcade games! The kids in our group had a blast with the despicable me playhouse and all the slides in the bedroom, and the adults enjoyed the hot tub and the skee ball the most! We can't thank the host enough for a great stay, and we can't wait to come back next year!

Family Vacation
We booked this property for a family vacation and it was incredible! The children as well as the adults had a great time! The game room was Amy and the movie theater room was great for winding the kids down. They absolutely went crazy for the kids rooms too! It is exactly as it appears in the pictures. Would definitely highly recommend this home for a vacation with children of all ages. It is also very convenient to get to Disney.

Perfect House for entertaining everyone
There were 18 people that stayed in the house with 11 of those being children ages 8 months old to 11 years old. The game room and theatre were perfect for the kids and there was more than enough space for everyone. The pool was the perfect size and well maintained. There was a high chair and pack n play which was very helpful especially when traveling with an 8 month old. There were 2 washers and dryers which made doing laundry so easy.

My daughter turned 16, so my family & some of her friends came to celebrate with her...we had an AMAZING time at this place! The adults & kids loved it! No one wanted to leave lol...it was very clean, spacious, and full of fun! It was close to everything! We also visited Universal Studios! The check in process was very easy! We will definitely be returning! We were visiting from Chicago...Thank you guys for everything!

Florida Part 2
Our family of 13 stayed at this property after several jam packed days at Disney. It was the perfect part 2 of our trip. There were plenty of options for the kids between the pool and game room. The adults got to watch the Super Bowl on various locations through out the home. Our flight wasn’t until late afternoon so post check out we headed to the resort pools and had an awesome time soaking up the last of the Florida sun before heading back to the frozen tundra. Definitely recommend this rental home!

Family fun
Enjoyed our stay at Three Point Paradise. Everything about this house is on point. The entire family enjoyed the over-the-top game room. From the movie room to the themed bedrooms, you couldn't pick a better place. We had just three days there and our 11-year-old wants to come back for an entire week. Pure comfort, great location! You can walk to the newest waterpark if you like. The Oasis was only a short drive as well. You will not be sorry for picking this one.

Amazing property!
Best vacation home I’ve ever stayed in!Everything is exactly as pictured. We had a group of 10, ranging from adults to babies, and we all had a great time! There was something for everyone to do. From the game room, to the pool area, to the theater, it was nothing but fun. Also, plenty of space so no one ever felt overcrowded. Definitely recommend!! The property managers were also great. Left my glasses and they were able to ship them to me. 100/10

Such a Beautiful and Fun House
I thought pictures had Photoshop touches…. But the house is just like the pictures, and even more beautiful in person. The details are amazing. The service of the Broker Team and the Maintenance Team are top notch! They answer so quickly! And always with the best will to help and give their best! We had The Best Time ever!!!! The kids were so happy! We will come back!! 😄

MOST AMAZING STAY!!
This house is beyond amazing! We walked in and the place was impeccably clean. All photos are accurate. Honestly the photos don’t do it justice. We were so impressed with the themes and activities for the kids in this house. This place is the real deal! Owners and property management is very responsive. The pool was so fun for the kids, the water parks in the community were a blast, and the game room and movie theatre were used at night! The kids loved their themed rooms and all adult beds were very comfortable. It was a short 20 minute drive to Disney Springs which we loved for the little ones. We will be coming back every year. Highly recommend this house!!

House was great
Kids had a blast ages 4,5,11 and 13. The house was accurately listed, all the games worked and were on the more recent updated side unlike other properties. The area was great felt very safe. There were a few little things that were annoying/ little issues that should have been such as only 1 extra garbage bag for a 4 night stay, one of the kitchen lights were out, few of the led lights in the theme room were not working, hot water seemed to disappear quickly with the second shower or bath, Even with the little issues we would come back and stay in the same house definitely don’t let the issues listed turn you away from the property.

My experience
The home is very beautiful and very spacious but we went almost 2 days with half power which was very inconvenient. Eating in the dining room with no power, can’t watch tv in the living room or back porch with no power. No lights on the back porch due to no power. Management wasn’t very on top of things as I had to keep messaging and calling to get things fixed. Seem like the electrical issue was already a problem before we came. I rate this home a 3.5 from my experience.

Short Orlando Stay
This home was AMAZING! We were looking for a place to stay with my two teens after a short cruise we took. The overall impression “mom, I sure wish we had more days in this house!” The property was exactly as advertised. The amenities were amazing, and I was incredibly impressed by the cleanliness. Our Jacuzzi was not working in the pool area when we arrived, and they immediately sent someone out to fix it. Even the staff member who came out to fix it was incredibly nice and apologetic. The champions gate area is also impressive. We are now hoping we can return next year with friends for an entire week of spring break. If you were looking for a wonderful place that has it all without even needing to leave your property this is it! We even were able to have groceries delivered to our home through Instacart and that made the whole process so easy.

Great House
Our Florida vacation destination was this house and it delivered. Game room, private pool and two different resort access locations with water slides, lazy river, splash pads and pools. House was clean and everything as advertised. Our family group aged from 1 to 76 and everyone was happy. The pool fence was secure for the toddlers. Only minor complaints were not enough kitchenware and silverware to accommodate 16 people and entry into gated community backed up at times. A separate entry away from the main entrance for established renters would help. Also multiple people using bathroom outlets at the same time tripped the breaker. Overall this has been the best rental house we have used with very accurate description.
