Perfect for what we were looking for
This home was nice and as described and pictured. It fit our 14 people group nicely. The location was good for our use and the pool was nicely sized for kids. The net/fence was a nice addition as well.

Really nice home BUT, Check in was not very friendly. Although we were able to check in a hour early. No key code, no code for the gate and Although you have pool access you could the jacuzzi that was attached to the pool was not heated. The charges were an additional 75 dollars a day to use. I felt as if we were nickel and dimmed our stay..

Our family enjoyed our stay in this 9 bedroom home. We had 11 of us so there were plenty of bedrooms. The pool was great! We used the pool heat as it was only about 65 when we were there and it was comfortable. The grill was nice to have as well. The beds were on the harder side which some people like. About the only negatives I can think of would be there weren't many hangers in the bedroom closets. Some had none. The neighborhood pool was great and there were activities there every afternoon. It was an easy walk to that pool. A good selection of restaurants are just a short drive away. Overall, great stay!!

The entire plumbing system on this property was clogged. Toilets and tubs overflow into bedrooms the first day we arrived. Plumbing company was call twice and the problem wasn’t fix. Plumbing company stated the host knows about the problem and that they are call to that property twice a month for the same problem. We lost 2 days on vacation due to not being able to run the water. Florida rental license DWE5921351 has been expired since April 1 2022. House is uninhabited. Highly recommend to stay away from this property

The hot tub was not hot at all I had to clean the trashcan out so I wouldn’t be charged for loose trash in the can I ask you a message the people that are in it from to tell him I appreciated them to letting me stay there I had all the beds stripped and the towels all down by the washer so it wouldn’t be so hard to clean and I didn’t get a thank you or nothing and I’m not one response from the people where I told him I appreciated him letting me rent the house

FAMILY GET TOGETHER
House was beautiful and in a beautiful neighborhood, therefore would not expect these small things to be taken care of: Microwave door broken, oven door broken, Pool sticks taped together, Refrigerator ice machine broke, upstairs counter top ice maker makes ice for 2, yard needed to be picked up/a little. Maybe a privacy fence like other houses? Awesome 70's music from the neighborhood and the Marijuana fumes were so strong Grandma was getting high. We had to put a fan on her LOL. HOT TUB? thought it would be hot? A daily fee is expected. BUT, we TRULY enjoyed the house and the time we had together as a family. Thank you for the memories. Yes, I would recommend this home.

DONT stay at this house! H O R R I B L E!
We had a horrible experience with this house. House was filthy, not clean, did not keep their word heating up the hot tub, kitchen was filthy- broken furniture, outdated. Walls were stained with food. We completely overlooked the reviews, and it's spot on. The only positive thing was the LOCATION, was amazing, but staying there was a horrible experience. We could go on and on, but floors were filthy, garage was a mess. Bedroom #6 broken bed, tv remotes werent working correctly. Dining room ceiling lights broken, not replaced. Freezer near tv, wasnt functioning. Blinds in the bedrooms needed replacing, as stated- we could go on and on. Please do not land on this house, go past GO! We are striving to get a refund for staying here during Christmas, which saddens us, when it should be a joyous holiday!

Good for Large Family
This home was what I expected. It was close to the parks, had plenty of bedrooms, and was clean upon arrival. We had three vehicles, so two went in the driveway and one stayed on the street. The large pool is a 5-8 minute walk or there is parking at the clubhouse. There is also a bar and grill next to the large pool. The owners ask that the air stays at 72 both upstairs and downstairs, which felt a little warm at night. The neighbors are very close and there are houses directly behind the home as well (pictures did not show this). We paid to heat the home pool spa, and it does heat up after 30 minutes like the directions state. It is cold otherwise. The kitchen had the basic necessities and was equipped with two refrigerators for storage but only one had an ice maker and water. Walls and baseboards do need to be to touched up with paint, and it would be nice if the bedrooms had ceiling fans. I feel that a little upgrading would make this house even better than what it is now. However, if you are traveling with a large family and plan to spend most of your day in the parks, this home serves its purpose.

We were a party of 18, 11 adults 2 teens 5 under 6 yo… we stayed for a week to go to Disney… very easy drive to get to the parks, the house/ bed configuration was great for us, the pool was refreshing after a day at the parks, went to community pool 1 day( kids loved it)…overall a great house, the neighbors were a bit loud but not owner’s fault… would definitely recommend

We noticed our socks had turned black after being in the home for a few hours. We purchased a mop and soap to wash the floors due to an infant being in the crawling stage staying in the home. Also noticed plastic cups and other trash located outside of the pool screen door. A guest at a neighboring home mentioned she also had to wash the floors of their home beacause of an infant being in the home. The home other than that accommodated our large family perfectly.

We expected more...
My large family and I were really looking forward to our luxurious stay per the property details but left a little disappointed with a few aspects this home offered. Our first complaint was that the listing specifically stated this property includes a "heated pool and spa" however, 1 week before our stay we had to pay $35 extra per day to ensure the spa was hot. The extra fee for this amenity was not specified prior to booking. We felt this was a bit misleading. Because we chose to stay at a luxury/resort styled community we expected such features. Our first night we noticed that the in home Wi-Fi is only retrievable downstairs and a few places upstairs. There were no Wi-Fi extenders therefore tablets or iPads didn't work in a few upper level rooms to entertain the small children. The TV channels were local programs and the TV in room 7 had a digital streak through the screen impacting the picture. For a luxurious stay, we expected at minimum hotel quality bedsheets however, the Mainstays brand on most beds were such low quality they came off from around the corners of the beds each night. The ice maker didn't work, the mini fridge upstairs was completely broken, the dryer required numerous restarts to get the laundry dried and lastly, there wasn't enough plates and silverware for us all. This property did have some very appealing points like the pool table and air hockey table. The pool and hot tub was a hit after a long day in the parks (despite having to pay extra). This location is convenient to Disney (about 30 minutes drive) and the neighborhood is beautiful. We spent a day at the community pool center and it was enjoyable. This home was not up the the expectations the listing and photos set for us. We absolutely expected more. The complaints that we have are very minimal and can be corrected with very little work from the host and/or property manager. We did have a great stay while on the property but wanted to give my true review so that other families know what to expect.

The over all home is great. Accommodated my entire family. Appliances will need to be updated or repaired. The stove fell apart in the microwave was lose. There was a used towel left in one of the bathrooms hung over the shower & the door was broken In one of the bedrooms Overall I will re-rent this house. Nothing was to bad to say I would not come back . Will Definitely recommend

House has great space
House was great except range door still broken my brother had to tighten the screws so glass on door would not fall and break. Microwave door was tape together but still works. The air conditioner got hotter at night than the temperature was set. Other than this couple of mishaps I loved the house and it’s space. Would rent it again

Ok Time!
So this property was ok. We went on a family trip there and was not really impressed. We go on a family trip to this area every May and this by far was the least like by my family.. Hot tub is not a “hot” tub.. If you want a hot tub you have to pay for the pool to be heated which I did not know being that the listing said pool heating not pool and hot tub heating (which is what I wanted). I was told there wasn’t a grill on site and got there and there was a grill (no biggie). But over all it was an ok stay won’t stay there again though.

Be careful
The good: this property was large and appointed with a good amount of towels, utensils and housewares. It was well maintained. The common pool complex was very nice. It draws a huge crowd and lacks any supervision so it can get dangerous for small children. The bad: the size of these houses are drawing huge families and attendance at the houses. The homes are literally 10’ apart. Most days can be spent listening to blaring music, screaming kids, dogs and profanity coming from most the guests who rent these houses. The police needs to be called to manage noise, which can get dangerous because then the drunk and loud neighbors who are 10’ away get upset. The house was not very clean. Floors are dirty and trash throughout the complex draws rats. Yes, rats were running around our pool at night. Overall, if you’re there to party and content with the chaos, it’s a good value. If you’re a family looking for a quiet vacation you’re in danger.

The house was great. The only issue I had is we paid for heating of the pool and hot tub. Our pool was not heated one of our neighbors was commenting that they did not pay to heat the pool but their pool was warm. I think they turned on the wrong pool. We also had issues with neighbors blaring music till 4 in the morning.
