Located in the upscale Dr. Philipps area of Orlando, right in the middle of the 3 main Theme Parks - Disney, Universal, and Sea World.
Our villa is privately owned and managed. No timeshare presentation is involved as we are not part of the Westgate timeshares.

Our Lakefront Villa offers the comforts of your own home as a preferred alternative to a hotel room and lets you live in your own 2-story garden-style townhouse. Tastefully decorated with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, 3 queen-size beds that sleep 6 comfortably, a Patio facing the Lake, a covered Balcony, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, dishware. Starter linens, towels, and supplies are provided.

In addition to better value, more than a hotel stay, there is complete privacy, the liberty to be able to prepare your own meals at your leisure, and more living space. As our previous guest who returns year after year wrote: 'our kids enjoy their own loft apartment upstairs.'

Great little apartment
We had a lovely stay. It’s a great little apartment. If you’re looking for luxury, full dining room and a big kitchen, this is not your place. But if you’re looking for a quaint space, a spectacular lake view, a quiet area located close to everything, this is the place for you. Ms Gloria is very hospitable and quick to respond to any questions. It was our pleasure to stay at this townhouse.

Orlando villa
My husband and I loved this place!!! The location was perfect. It was easy to find and central to all the Orlando attractions-quiet and immaculate. Not only were we provided with 2 pages of names and directions of the attractions from the owner when we booked, but there were lots of brochures at the villa. The on-site restaurant was very good -even had a buffet breakfast that outdid the restaurants on International Drive. The pool was a great place to relax-what more can I say? Oh, yes, and the sunsets were something else. I will highly recommend this property to anyone I know visiting Orlando. We have always done well on Homeaway.com and this was our best rental yet. Linda

The place to stay.
We have been looking for a home away from home and found the description of this one quite promising. So we got in contact with the owner and received quickly reply on each and every question we asked. Only thing we worried about has been the preliminary payment to the owners account without really knowing what we pay for. But all our doubts were gone once we arrived the location. Everthing haas been in line with the description even the palm from the pictures is there. Nice & very clean, helpful staff (thanks again to Maria) and plenty of space for a family (party of 4). In short: This is the place to stay if you look for a home away from home in Orlando.

The listing did not look anything like the pictures on line. The property was really dirty. Food in oven, dust all over the walls, patch in the ceiling and hair all over the place. Dishes were still dirty in cabinets and drawers. Ceiling fan plugged into wall socket and missing lightbulbs. Back door would not shut all the way. So we had to make other accommodations to go to a hotel and stay for the week!!

It was disappointing. The kitchen was parts and pieces put together. The stove worked, but not well. Instead of staying in to eat, we had to go out. There was a lot of dusty areas, but the showers were clean. The bathroom sink needed a butter knife to pop the plug or it didn't drain. For what we got, we paid way more than it was worth. It was advertised that we could watch the fireworks from the back yard. We struggled to open the back door, and barely saw any fireworks. Only the random high ones could be seen. The communication between us and the owner were minimal. We got 4 towels even though we registered 6 people. It was not horrible, but it was not what we were let to believe and it was not up to decent standards.

Communication was a little spotty but was manageable. I can live with most things and usually don’t leave negative reviews, unless there are two things that are not met. I have to have a clean bathroom and a clean bed to stay in and neither of these things were clean. There was tons of hair in the beds and food crumbs, to the point we had to go buy sheets and pillows to feel comfortable enough to sleep in the beds. The bathrooms were the same way with hair, and all kinds of things being on the counters and floor that we felt like we needed to wear shoes or flip-flops in there to keep from stepping in anything gross. Toilet downstairs almost rocks out of the floor and the sink in the kitchen has a broken handle. Not to mention we did not cook anything to eat, because the oven was filled with food that had not been cleaned out. The funny part is there are stickers and signs everywhere saying to take your shoes off to make things less messy for the cleaners but the place was already a wreck.

We rented the VRBO and was not able to attend the first day. Owner reached out to make sure we had the passcode. So far so good. We messaged to make sure tWe rented the VRBO to get away from the hurricane winds in Tampa. The storm hit Orlando and no communication from the owner to see if we could get in or if the house was in any damage. Several hours later-response received-owner would need to check with housekeeper-the next day no response until. I asked if we could negotiate a refund for a few days. All of sudden on Saturday afternoon the house is ready. We checked out on Sunday.

The space was good and it was close to everything but it is dated and the repairs(patched spots in several rooms) that have been done are not the best .. The light switches to the living room and stairs didn’t work all the time. I messaged but didn’t get a response about any of it . So we made the best out of it that we could . The cleaning left a lot to be desired. We cleaned when we got there because it was dirty. . There was even a disposable blue mask and a panty liner in the night stand drawer that definitely was not ours🤢🤮

I needed a place to stay near the Orange County Convention Center. This property was adequate. Communication with the manager was excellent. Check in and checkout was easy. The property was in an older Condo community. The unit itself has not been updated in quite some time. I believe I read in another review that it could use a deep cleaning and some repairs, I agree. Overall the high traffic areas were clean. We did not come to Orlando to spend a lot of time at a condo. It was a place to sleep and we did that well.

Decent, needs cleaning
Pros: lovely patio with view of lake, convenient to downtown Orlando and major highways, quiet neighborhood despite busy road, neighbors quiet and keep to themselves, comfortable living room and master bedroom. Gloria was easy to communicate with via text and email. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area for anything you need. Cons: needs better cleaning, immediate surfaces were wiped, floors swept, clean linens and bathrooms clean, but fans, light fixtures and many other closets and corners had layers of dust and grime. Furniture is very worn. Sliding door does not slide. Kitchenette functional but very dated and oven needs cleaning or may become fire hazard, it smoked when pre-heating so I decided not to use it, which was very inconvenient. (Smoke alarms work!) Sleeps 6+ but don't recommend trying to cook for more than 2. Funny smell when I first came in, aired it out and was ok. If more thoroughly cleaned I would consider staying here again.

Wasn’t what i expected
Long story short…. The place needs a makeover and definitely some electrical work done. There was no toilet paper, complimentary washcloths or even clean towels. Don’t under stand why I have to take out the trash when leaving when I’m paying a cleaning fee. The exterior of the house was not well kept. From leaves and old spider webs being by the door entrance. Walls look like they were poorly patched up and painted over. Majority of the outlets upstairs was not working. My suggestion….if you’re going to charge so much for a place in centralized busy area, please keep the interior/exterior look up to date to this century. There is no reason why there was a box television upstairs…we’re in the 21st century. Upgrade your appliances and electronics

The home was so dirty!!! One pillow had a blood stain on it, there were small ants everywhere in the kitchen, bathrooms and crawling occasionally on the beds and couches. We couldn’t even cook because the ants would be over your food before you could even prep. We stayed for 8 days for our son’s football tournament and it was horrible. When we contacted the property manager she stated that the maintenance guy wife was in the hospital and she made three different appointments that he didn’t meet to come spray the property. He wound up spraying the last 3 days of our stay. We had our teenager, 7 year old and 1 year old. The couches had white stains on them. You couldn’t access the patio door, the floors were so nasty that my 1 year old had on white socks she jumped off the bed while I was trying to put her shoes on and her socks immediately got dirty. So much was wrong with this home that it should not be listed. An inspection should be done before they can rent out. Worst time of my life

Bad, bad, bad experience!
I need to be honest. It really was a bad experience selecting this place here to have our family mini vacation. We arrived a bit early and we found Wokers fixing the bathroom and even after we left to kill some time,to wait for our time to check in, the place was not even ready for us. After a long drip and flight you want to find everything situated so you can settle. We waited the time we were supposed to check in and arrived two hours later of our checkin time. However, the apartment’s doors were unlocked and no keys to be found so we could secured our belongings when we went out again. We had to go out and We had to leave our belongings in unsecured and unlocked place where we didn’t know much about. Key was provided later. 3rd horrible this thing was that we didn’t have clean towels. The towel in both bathrooms were dirty. The towels had duty hands prints on them.They provide us we new towels. Everyone know how thing is going with this pandemic. The bedding were clean and this place of was cheap compared to other which was a good thing about the price, but if I have to pay ten or even forty extra dollars, I sure would do that so me and my family had a better experience since it was the first time in Disney. If I new it was going to be like this I would settle in a a bit expensive hotel if I new about this garbage. The place was no updated. Every furniture seem as they were picked out of a flea market. Some of them looked very rackety. There was patched holds on the walls. The bathroom on the second floor was it’s facet it was broken. You could not hold the water in the tub to take a bath at least. The kitchen was not well supplied with kitchen wears e.g. dishes, pans, cup, glass cup, or pots. When we were ready to leave it Gloria texted asking us to basically clean the place before checking out. We had to clean all trash cans, had to wash towel, had to wash and clean all dishes, and leave the actually the temperature to 80 degrees. Which I think leaving the temperature at 80 degrees it really doesn’t help to kill and germs it was help germs to grow. I understand trying to safe money with Ac but there is reason that in place such as hospitals they keep temperature cold. Last, I would not recommend staying in this place unless they update all this previous mention issues. Also, when people goes into a vacation is to take a break from all the regular cleaning or regular life activities not also to clean a place that you are paying to stay
