First it's 15 minutes to Disney and convenient to Orlando airport, Universal Studios, Sea World, Island H2O, and all the Orlando attractions. The house has 6 bedrooms and sleeps up to 12. There are 2 Master Bedroom Suites, 3 themed bedrooms, and 1 BR on the first floor. There are 2 living rooms, and the garage is a mini-game room. The kitchen is fully equipped. We've got a private screened-in pool and hot tub. Wifi with the fastest available internet in the resort. The resort has great amenities including pool, hot tubs, kids splash bar and slide, tiki bar, tennis and basketball, theater, game room, and market. Sooo much better than a hotel!!

Home was exactly as described and Troy was very responsive during our visit. A great time was had by all both at the home with the private pool and all of the amenities of the resort. Excellent location and will rebook when visiting the Orlando area.

I can’t say enough about the owners of the property as they were amazing to work with. They really care about you and they go above and beyond. The place was in a great location and the house is beautiful.

Property was just as described in pictures. The house felt like home away from home and it was more than enough room to accommodate my family. Troy the host was great with response time and checking in to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Florida!

Troy was so easy to work with and was amazing with communication. The space fit 10 adults very comfortably. And the hot tub was nice and hot! The house is missing "those small details" but overall a great stay. I would consider this property again.

House was great and very close to parks. Great amenities and the resort pool and restaurant was a great accomodation. House fits a whole lot of family. Host and manager team was wonderfuly responsive for any questions and concerns. We had a minor health emergency and host was very accommodating and compassionate. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for making our stay great and helping out!

Great place for larger groups
Our group consisted of 2 sets of grandparents, 3 adult couples and 3 grandkids. The 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms provided ample space for our group. The home is very nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub at the house were a plus as well as the property club house with large pool, hot tubs, game room and snack bar. We used the tennis court and explored a nature trail near the pond. The property owner, Troy was readily available to address any questions we had and even arranged for the return of a jacket we had left behind. This is a very beautiful property and our group really enjoyed our stay.

Great family friendly place to stay
This property was great! We had 8 adults, a toddler, and an infant and this place was perfect. Toys, books, high chair, and 3 pack n plays were available. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Everything was clean. Troy was very easy to contact and super responsive. The air wasn’t working when we first got there, but he got it working quickly. Lots of dishes are available and even plastic dishes for the toddler. The game room in the garage was fun to use. Quick and easy trip to Disney. The clubhouse area was amazing!! The resort pool was so fun, and we enjoyed ordering food from the tiki hut. We would definitely stay again

Disgusting
Everywhere we looked there was dirt, dust, hair. The furniture was badly scuffed up, ripped, and in disrepair. The owner has made the least investment possible to provide "furniture". We literally hated returning to this place after busy days at the parks. You should pass on this place, and the location to WDW is over 40 minutes due to heavy traffic.

Family get away
We stayed at the property for just three nights, if we had to stay longer we most probably would have left. The property is not just in need of a good cleaning, it is in dire need of a renovation. Luckily is was just three nights, with a not working dish washer, a shower where you needed to chase the water and not enough kitchen supplies for the number people staying. The owner Troy was attentive but was surprised that we wanted a clean property. He could not understand how dusty vents, dirty ceiling lamps and dust bunnies would effect our stay.

Great house and responsive host
We have rented in this community for the past 3 summer vacations. However this was the first year we have rented this property. The property is very nice and well maintained. I had to contact Troy upon arrival as the pool people forgot to turn the heat on. He answered my phone call and walked me through turning it on. There was some damage to the sliding glass door from the pervious guests on the day we checked in he advised me of it and had someone out the next day to fix it. We had a great stay the house is big was clean and everyone was happy with their sleeping accomadations.

Review
When we arrived, it was evident that cleaning services was lacking: floors on main level were dirty and carpets had not been cleaned for awhile. We had a young child still crawling so that was a problem! The kitchen was ill equipped and certainly not for our # of ppl. Ie. Nothing to wash the counters with & one dish towel! Patio doors ……they had not been cleaned in a long time. The listing claims 3 master suites. There were 2 upstairs and one of those was a queen bed not a king. The 3rd was a double bed on the main level and no en-suite. The listing had 5 baths ….2 would be powder rooms as the tubs are not really useable. So that left 3 full bath and 2 powder rooms! The pictures with the listing are not recent pics! Everything is as in but a more worn!

Awesome Spot
We just returned back home to St. John’s NL after staying a week at this property. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. This house fit all of us very nicely and gave ample space so the kids could do their own thing if they got in teen mood swing. 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms upstairs and one bedroom with a full bathroom downstairs. Two of the bedrooms upstairs have ensuites. One room in particular has a giant ensuite with a large tub and shower. The kitchen is big with lots of cooking equipment. Also a games and laundry room on the main floor are great! The place was clean and the furniture is best kind. So don’t read the bad reviews indicating that the place is a mess and the furniture is falling apart. This is a rental home and it gets use. We have rented houses in Windsor Hills, Solterra, Emerald Island, Reunion,etc… and this one is a good par for the course. The people behind those bad reviews need to spend less time looking behind the stove and more time in the Florida sun. Finally, the owner Troy is money. He is very responsive and cool. We had a minor issue with a shower/toilet and he had it addressed right away. If you are a homeowner, you know things break all the time and we have stayed in other places where we had to live with the issues. Thanks Troy!!! Can’t wait to stay again…

Great owner, but property needs more attention!
Let me start by saying that the owner of this property, Troy is absolutely amazing! He communicated with me every step of the way, and checked in with me daily. I rated the property low only because of issues with the property itself. Upon arrival, there was an open bottle of juice on the couch and dirt in sheets, amongst other things. This led me to believe that housecleaning had not actually cleaned properly. I reached out and Troy had his property manager meet me. Property manager assured me items would be rectified and he would reimburse half of my cleaning fee because of inconvenience. Funds were reimbursed, but property still didn’t get recleaned. I reached back out to Troy and he had the guy come back out to check out pool which was also dirty and other things. The pool did end up getting cleaned, but property never did. Troy did his best to fix a situation while he was traveling out of town. I think he should hire another company to manage his property, as he cannot be there. But overall, the property is in good condition, close to parks, restaurants and shopping, and I cannot say enough how great the owner is!

The property is beautiful. I do suggest both ensuites are equipped with King size beds. The house was not clean. For the money, this was my biggest complaint. It was neat and tidy, but the floors were not clean. After one day of staying there we realized the tools left behind to clean the floors are insufficient. You really need a large size broom and mop to adequately clean the floors and a small vacuum cleaner to do the stairs. Otherwise, guests cannot leave it in good condition. The laundry room was really below par in cleanliness. Dirt and dust was all over the place everytime we did laundry. My daughter and I have asthma so this was not good. WE were a large family of 12 members including two infants. The owner was very responsive to our requests so we felt better about staying there. There were a couple of broken blinds and small holes in the walls we took pictures and video of when we arrive and told the owner. The pool could have been cleaner in terms of the chlorine levels. Over all, beautiful property, location and space for my extended family. Hopefully the owner will see to it that it is cleaner for the next group that stays there.
