5 bed/4 Bath Home with Pool/ Spa/ Games Room - Nr Champions Gate

Book now for a vacation with all the boxes ticked. Close to the main I4 for the disney attractions, gated community, pool with spa backing onto conservation, 10 minutes drive to restaurants and shops of Champions Gate.

West Haven has many gated communities within the subdivision, and this home is situated on the Shire, with access to a clubhouse with fitness room, communal out door pool, tennis courts and a volley ball court. Our home also has a games room with a pool table and table tennis. Everyone is a winner!

Everything is provided for our guests with a starter pack of hand soap, kitchen paper towel, dishwasher tabs, liquid soap, hand sanitizer and toilet tissue. This is a self catering home so guests are responsible for refills. Towels & Linens are included.

Full kitchen with appliances , 2 Family rooms, smart TV's and open flow of the home make this an ideal choice for your vacation.

1 queen bedroom is downstairs with adjacent bathroom, if there is a family member who cannot manage the stairs with confidence. There are 2 King bedrooms upstairs which open up on to a balcony. Both have en suite bathrooms.
Another Queen guest bedroom is upstairs which shares the family bathroom with the only twin bedroom.

The pool deck has loungers for the sun worshippers, a shaded lanai area with table and chairs and plenty of space to enjoy the pool and spa. There is an additional fee for pool heat ($30.00 per day), which is included in each quote as 'heating charge'. this can be removed if you notify us at the time of booking. Please confirm dates you wish to have included in your booking and the number of guests. Conservation outlook ensures some privacy and the mandatory security fence to keep non-swimmers safe.

Florida Vacation 2024
Gritley was a great property owner and easy to get ahold of if any questions needed answering. The house was clean and looked just like pictures. We had a great stay and the house fit all of our needs. It was clean and spacious. My only suggestion is to come prepared to buy toilet paper and trash bags.

Property was lovely and in very good condition. Great communication with Gritley, the host who dealt with any issues we had, which were only small very quickly. Gritley even called to check everything was ok half way through our stay. Would happily stay there again.

Great Stay
This house was great for our week in Orlando! The 4 bedrooms with queen or larger beds was a huge plus for us. The house was larger than I expected and met all our needs. We stay in Orlando for a week every year and this was one of the better houses we have rented. Very quiet neighborhood that's conveniently located by Champions Gate. Our only complaint would be that the hot tub didn't get very hot but I think that's fairly normal for the pool/hot tub combos.

Execellent Stay
Myself and my family had a truly wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. Great location for all the amenities. The villa was very clean and had everything I needed. The owner was so helpful and I was very grateful to her for being on hand for any help I might have required - however everything was perfect and we could just relax and enjoy our break together. I can't wait to return.

Stayed for the third time with my sons and my mum. Had a fabulous time as I always do here. The house always looks amazing - perfectly clean and everything there that you would need to feel at home. The outlook from the villa is beautiful and all the amenities, food shops, restaurants etc, are very close by. The support from the owner and the maintenance team are second to none. Beautiful Home!
Our stay at this VBRO went very smoothly. The home was comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed having the upstairs balcony, and the second living room space. The home is close to a lot of amenities and worked perfectly for our trip to Disney. We have stayed at many Florida VRBO's and this home was one of the best we've stayed at!

Great vacation home
This vacation home was a wonderful base for a family Xmas vacation. Spotlessly clean and close to shops and only 20 mins or so from Disney it was perfect for our short stay. A shout out to the management team were great at responding and ensuring our stay was a great one. We had a total of ten stay here ( 4 x kids under 4 years old and 6 adults) and we paid for the pool to be heated which was lovely!! Thank you so much to all that made our holiday even more special.

Annual Hair Show Retreat
Very Spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. Loved the back patio with the covered screened in porch. Great communication with owner, when needed. Our only complaints were the hot tub wasn’t heated due to property management forgetting to turn on the heat before we arrived, but we were refunded the fee for heating. There were not enough towels or wash cloths provided, and the air was finicky and would randomly go up to 78° in the night.

ESPN Cheer Trip
We spent the weekend in Orlando for a cheer comp at ESPN Zone. It was a fairly easy commute from this location and the house was just as advertised. Clean, comfy beds and had what you needed. Only thing is we would have liked to have the pool warmer, heater cuts off at night and the pool cooled down. Host was great to work with and easy to reach when we had a minor issue with door lock which was resolved immediately. Recommend this property highly.

Another great stay!
This is the second time we have stayed at this property this year and can still confirm that it feels like a 'home away from home' and would highly recommend. We got more time to spend in the home this time as we were visiting for local evening Halloween events and we all agreed that the home is situated perfectly for the theme parks but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. The home also sits within a gated community so gives the added level of security. Thanks again Gritley and we will be in touch shortly to hopefully book our 3rd stay.

Great stay in a great location
We have stayed in many villas/homes in Orlando area over the past 20 years and we were all in agreement that this has been the best yet. Not too far from the attractions but far away enough to give you that secluded feeling to relax and listen to the wildlife at the back of the property. Excellent communication with the owner prior to arrival including a phone call to confirm some required details. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at renting a vacation home in the sunshine state and we are looking at booking again ourselves later this year. Thanks Gritley for an amazing stay!
