HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets, Personal toiletries, and fresh towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee (please inquire about this at least 10 days in advance).
TRASH PICKUP: There is daily valet service for Garbage Collection. Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacles (bench) outside the front door.

*POOL HEATING:
If you'd like the temperature set to 86 degrees, the cost will be $25 per day for the entire stay (ex: cannot only heat for 2 of the 6 nights). Please inquire at least 48 hours in advance.
*SPA HEATING:
Spa cannot be heated without the pool and vice versa. Spa is only usable if you add on the $25/day for entire stay spa/pool heating service.
GRILL USE:
Use of the grill is included. However, please clean after use.
Guest access
● You have access to the entire home (except 2 locked owners' closets) and
a private pool.
● The resort community (7 AM - 10 PM) offers a full-service environment, including concierge service, 24-hour security, and high-speed wireless internet at the clubhouse and pool/bar.
● Please have a government-issued photo ID matching the name on the reservation when first entering the resort property.
● No recreational vehicles, campers, or trailers are permitted.
● VERY IMPORTANT: The full name of all guests including children is needed to access the community amenities. All vehicles will be registered with the community upon arrival at the main gate. The gate will provide you with a car pass and the clubhouse front desk will provide daily access to amenities.
Other things to note
Please note that we do not allow pets, but service animals are always welcome. Please remember that you're staying in someone's home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to act ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. If you have an issue during your stay, please let us know so we can address it immediately!
