Discover Cypress Pointe Retreat, a peaceful and stylish 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation home located in a gated community near Disney and other major attractions. This stunning retreat features a private game room, two living rooms, two master king suites with en-suite bathrooms, open-concept living spaces, a private screened-in patio, pool, BBQ, Xbox One S, and a laundry room.


Living Spaces: Comfort and Style
Step inside and you'll be greeted by serene tones of blue and silver, accented with vibrant green and yellow in the front living room. The large, comfy sofa offers ample seating, making it a perfect spot for family movie nights or gaming on the Xbox One S.
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and back living room area boasts coastal decor with blues, grays, chrome, and pops of orange. The kitchen is fully equipped with abundant cabinet storage and all the cooking essentials. The dining table seats five beneath a beautiful silver chandelier, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. This space is ideal for cooking, dining, and relaxing together.


Outdoor Oasis: Pool and Patio
Slide open the patio door to reveal a tropical paradise. The private screened-in patio features lush greenery views, a dining table for six, chaise lounge seating, a BBQ, and a curved south-facing pool. Enjoy the soothing sounds of nature in the evenings, rain or shine, thanks to the overhang.


Master Suites:
Luxury and Tranquility
The first-floor master king suite, located just off the back living room, exudes a calming Zen-like atmosphere with teal, aqua, white, and gray tones. It offers private patio views and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities and separate shower/toilet quarters.
The second-floor master king suite is spacious and luxurious, decorated in turquoise and coral. The en-suite bathroom features double vanities, a shower, and a soaking tub, creating a spa-like experience.


Additional Bedrooms: Fun and Comfort
The third suite upstairs includes two full beds with tropical decor in fuchsia, greens, and blues, perfect for teens and adults. This suite shares a full bathroom with the adjacent twin bed suite, which features a bright and summery theme with tropical greenery and flamingos, ideal for children and teens.


Game Room: Entertainment for All
The game room is designed for endless fun, featuring pool, darts, foosball, and air hockey, with decor paying homage to Hollywood stars Marilyn Monroe and Audrey Hepburn.


Amenities: Everything You Need
Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, mirror, art, nightstand, bedside lamp, bed linens, pillows, blinds, hangers, and extra pillows and blankets. Bathrooms include a toiletry starter kit, towels, toilet paper, and a garbage bag.


Workspace: Convenience for Work and Play
The upstairs hallway features a desk, providing a quiet workspace for those who need it.


The POOL heat is not included.
Pool Heat is available for a non-refundable fee of $30.00 per night. Please note: the pool heat can take up to 24 hours to heat from the time it is turned on.


If you are planning on using the BBQ GRILL:
There is a one-time non-refundable fee of $50 plus tax (13.5%) to rent the BBQ Grill & bring your own propane tank.
($80 to rent the BBQ grill with 1 full propane tank provided)

Rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival.


A starter kit of cleaning supplies is provided. However, once you’ve run out, you are responsible for purchasing more. We do not restock. This is an industry standard practice.


The starter cleaning supplies include:
1 paper towel roll
1 sponge
1 mini dishwashing soap
1 dishwashing
1 garbage bag in each garbage bin
1 toilet paper roll in each bathroom

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS allowed.


Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.


HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company which cleans high Touch Surfaces, Disinfected, Stocked with New TP, Paper Towel, Hand Soap, and more amenities for your Arrival Use! Bathrooms and Kitchen Surfaces Cleaned with Professional Disinfectant and all Linens and towels are Washed w/Bleach & Soap and Dried on high temperature. During Pre-Arrival Inspection Disinfectant are used again on high touch surfaces. All to be most safe environment for Your Stay! Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.


FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will not be provided.


TRASH DISPOSAL:
Please make sure to put all waste in trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before dumping them into the trash bench located by the front door. Do not move the bench to the curb. Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the provided trash cans daily to keep a clean home. The resort doesn’t recycle.


ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner must send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning.

We are not a booking agent; we personally maintain this home to guarantee your satisfaction. We guarantee to have your booking processed within 24 hours. As soon as we receive your deposit, we will immediately confirm your reservation.

*These times are strictly enforced. Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. Please contact at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure if you'd like to extend these times, so that we can accurately schedule around different times. Extra charges will apply.

HOME MAINTENANCE:
We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. Additionally, the pool/spa is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation.
